Money is the least of man's problems

Power is the ability to achieve your objectives. Power typically involves changing or influencing what other people think, believe, or do since what you want is frequently constrained by others.

Deuteronomy 8:18
“And you shall remember the LORD your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth,

Power influences money
Money answers everything ( Ecclesiastes 10:19)

Damn!!! Am sure you don’t live in Abuja. Abuja is a complete civil service economy. No meaningful industry, no bustling commercial activities compared to Lagos. Infact everything we need most times 90% are obtained from Lagos. Abuja has no social life as intense as Lagos. Simply put Abuja is nothing compared to Lagos. Most elites here travel to Lagos weekends and holidays to refresh and unwind. Lagos far outclass Abuja. I own multiple properties in Abuja and Lagos but Lagos fetches better income than Abuja’s. Most of my buildings here are empty except i decide to sell. Even sales takes time but valuable in the long run. A common who is a tenant in Abuja will find it very difficult to survive while Lagos accommodates everyone class of people. It’s either you are a politician or a high ranking corrupt civil servant in Abuja to make a headway. Only few businessmen and women from outside Abuja thrives along with the corrupt lots.
You are actually the one who don't know what you are talking about.

We're talking of economically viable cities, and you're talking of "living". Who dey follow you get that kind argument?

Who doesn't know Abuja is a fine and classy city to live in?! That is all the city is joh. There's no money in this city outside politics and real estate, events and hospitality. It's a fvcking empty and overly expensive modern city without industries, companies or any source of massive commercial output.
Just give it a little time.

Oga, Abuja is just a city with fine and well planned buildings, criss-crossed by fine roads.

There's "nothing" in this city. Shimgbai no gum Abuja! Every other thing na FCT glory just dey hype this fake city. We live in it.
I don't have time for unnecessary argument. Any foreigner from say Europe who visits Nigeria and had the choice of living in Lagos or Abuja will never chose Lagos.

It was also " FCT glory" that made Lagos.

I have always known that there's a very significant hidden but corrupt reason why Abuja has never been able to grow on is own in the manner Lagos grew phenomenally despite moving the capital away from Lagos by Gen Babangida to escape June 12 protests
Abuja is better than lagos

Not only that, the place is notorious for violent crime, communal strife and prune to flooding. Above all, the airport road looks so desolate and abandoned.... very risky at night. The man is as daft as statue.

The airport is there wasting away....an airport that should have been a beehive of activities. In property matters, location is key.
It was Obi that moved the airport to umueri from Oba but Obiano capitalized on that.

They are now calling theatre arts Nollywood.
grin grin

Go around Africa and go and find out which Nigerian movies made it to the hearts and souls of the people as early as possible.

Let's see if these your scratch scratch face movies will count.
they started by rejecting the name nollywood, thinking the new industry will crumble but their own hatred and division crumbled.
They started with the idea of 'Yoruba nollywood' Vs "Igbo nollywood" but Igbos paid no attention to them.
They again came up with "new nollywood" and "old nollywood" and discovered that Igbos still hold sway.
They started with "Asabawood" but we didn't pay them attention.
Now, they have embarked on claiming the industry as their "own" like the biblical harlot before king Solomon.
