pandax: I am an Apostle of good governance irrespective of party affiliations, and I believe Soludo is from the same school of thought. I have always given my vote to APGA in Anambra State, except during presidential elections. Obi had his well-known limitations no doubt, but we voted for Soludo to right the wrongs of Obi et al, unfortunately, he is not living up to expectations in spite of the good wills he has from Anambrarians
If Anambra cannot afford Julius Berger for certain economic Roads, especially within the Onitsha and Nnewi axis of the State, Please let him engage CCECC, Arab Contractors, RCC, or even Craneburgh (This company is new in Nigeria from South Africa and not so expensive to engage like JB, but they will deliver quality infrastructures and they are currently doing wonders in Aba)
I know that Soludo is a BIG Ideas/Pictures individual, and I am expecting him to think big in his projects, especially Road Construction. I expected him to dualize the following roads in Anambra and even build some green field roads to open up the state: 1. Starting from Amawbia Roundabout (Houses to be demolished) - section of Onitsha Road @ Amawbia- Amawabia R/A - Nise-Agulu-Nanka-Ekwulobia(flyover here as he planned)- Uga 2. Ekwulobia-Isuofia-Awka Etiti-Nnobi(Flyover here)-Umuoji-Nkpor 3. Nnewi(demolitions) - Nnobi- Nnokwa- Agulu 4. Nnewi(demolitions)- Ojoto-Oba- Owerri/Onitsha Expressway(Flyover here) 5. Dualize Atani Road to Atani Town 6. Alex Ekwueme Boulevard Road extension to Ifite Awka 7. UNIZIK tempsite Road - Isuaniocha- Mgbakwu 8. Extend Esther Obiakor Road northwards through Ifite Awka to join Roads 6 & 7 above 9. Dualize 33 Road 10. Dualize Upper iweka to Main Market 11. Dualize Ogidi -Awka Road- Main Market 12. Greenfield Road from Awka Road - 33 Road, Onitsha OR Inosi Onira R/A - 33 Road 13. Dualize Niger Street, Onitsha 14. A green field road perpendicular to Awka/Onitsha expressway at Airport Junction with a clover-leaf flyover around Umunya-cutting Awka/Onitsha old road perpendicularly around Ogidi/Ogbunike/Abagaga to join Owerri Interchange of 2NB (Toll this road on completion or give it to a contractor to build)
N:B 1. You can toll more of these roads, we will pay to use decent infrastructure. The state is choking, then you can start your other wonderful projects like AAU Automotive City with Innoson as the anchor company, Ikenga - Mixed City with EMZOR as the anchor company, Solution Innovation District @ Awka, Solution Fun City @Awka, Agulu lake theme Park, Export Emporium, AND I am proposing that you have Solution PARK (SPARK City) around Ekwusigo or Oba for Light manufacturing. Also, mandate your environment ministry to plant and maintain at least 2m trees on Anambra Roads.
2. Anambra is the smallest state in Nigeria in terms of landmass, after Lagos. The total distance of all the aforementioned roads should not be more than 300km and cannot cost the state more than 150B if we use Craneburgh for all the roads @N500m per KM. I agree with the road part. Other states have left Anambra behind in dual carriageway. Yet we need it more as a result of population and high volume of economic activities. Did you just mention 150b for the total cost? Be assured that constructing all the roads mentioned to their desired standard would cost not less than a trillion naira. Roads are needed badly. Then, decongestion of Onitsha and relocation of Eke Awka to well constructed modern market away from the current traffic nightmare. Not forgetting the area of housing for public servants. BTW, I thought Esther Obiakor road is already linked to Ifite? You can also tweet him. I am sure he will take note. He is active on the social media. |

pandax: If Soludo think that Anambra cannot afford Julius Berger, he can get Craneburgh for Anambra Roads, they are doing wonders in Abia currently.
I repeat, we cannot build African-Dubai-Taiwan with the current set of contractors that he is using in Anambra State. I hope you're not one of the frustrated stary eyed obidients who kept quiet when Peter Obi was using boiling drums of coaltar on site to build incredibly substandard "snake roads" in the midst of plenty in Anambra, only to find your voice and demand the engagement of Julius begger from a government managing a period of austerity. |

Far more better than two clowns🤡 under the influence of "falling in love" emotion
Arrangee is better because people who are sober get to help you chose the best. It also ensure a mutual respect and absence of too much "see finish" syndrome. Again ladies who are highly recommended have a way of being prepared for the serious task of marriage. Those "lovey dovey" girls easily misunderstanding marriage as a bed of roses where they are entitled to endless happiness, love and attention. |

Op is a clown. The western Cameroonians were already being called Cameroonians even when in colonial nigeria. That alone gave them a sense Cameroonian identity more than Nigerian. Hence, when referendum opportunity came Cameroon promised them autonomy, they quickly found excuses to join.
Secondly, The various regions adopted different attitudes towards the minority. In the East, the government invested heavily in infrastructure, industrialization and agriculture but leaving the people to fund their education basically. Families and communities mobilized funds to send people abroad for studies and taking up jobs upon return. With that, competition was encouraged among the people which ensured sustainable development with the rapidly rising gdp. As a result, every one was given the opportunity to excel irrespective of ethnic status. This is why SE/SS has the most evenly spread development in the country today, with cities everywhere. The question is did they(minorities) take advantage of that opportunity? Even the government had to assist by granting scholarships. Yea. Adaka boro studied in UNN with Eastern region scholarship and even became the SUG president. No one had any plausible reason of leaving Eastern region except for freedom which we Igbos also believe in.
In the North, the attitude was entirely different. The minorities were almost being spoonfed. The bad news was that there wasn't any altruism behind this. It was purely strategic. The core Muslim north was incredibly backwards in education, development, employment etc Under the Northernization policy the more advanced northern minorities had more opportunities than those from other regions because of immediate lack of competition. But this was basically used by the Muslim north to lure them towards "one north" most northern professionals, judges, policemen and senior military officers were minorities. But this was for the time being. the Ultimate goal was to replace them with core Muslim Northernerners when they become qualified to hold such positions as has been proven today.
The northern style was not sustainable and genuine but Eastern minorities (including Cameroonians) who saw it obviously felt the deserved more. None actually had any plausible grouse against Eastern region government. The question is how are the Cameroonians faring now? In a war of real freedom. How are the Northerners decieving them faring now? The poorest people on earth! You can't cheat nature. Stop revising history. |

I mean, workers there don't earn more than workers in Ibadan or Abeokuta... Owerri can't even boast of industries... Job opportunities are literally almost nonexistent...
Yet cost of living is trying to keep pace with Lagos and Abuja.
Tell me how crimes and vices won't be astronomical... So stupid! newer and more modern houses are the reason. |

FreeStuffsNG: Nice job by NIM-C. Numbers don't have emotion
This data, just like other clean biometric data from JAMB, INEC, Internet usage, Google satelite images that show large expanse of unoccupied natural agrarian land in Igboland despite still having the least land mass among the geopolitical zones of about the size of Oyo state in SW and less than Niger state land mass etc, the SE is always having an abysmallly least number of population yet 'oversized' small land mass as proven by satelite images of the SE .
This clean biometric data is unlike the huge number they post in the past when we use manual method of population data collection, which suggests that they have been inflating their population and the excess resources alloted based on the inflated population has always been misappropriated by a corrupt political elite.
This data further supports the fact that there are just three majority tribes in Nigeria; Hausa, Yoruba and Fulani.
This data is very credible and I will love NIM-C to keep up the great job. Check my signature for free stuffs!
If you have your facts, petition NIM-C, even though I know you are not correct and just want to disparage Indians. state of registration is different from the state of origin. |
