The roads are dilapidated, it's transport infrastructure is the worst in the world. Need I mention housing, security, power and water? For a state that enjoyed the privilege of capital city for decades and through the period of oil boom, generate tens of billions monthly, and still enjoys certain undue priviledges,you'll agree with me that it is one of the most poorly governed states in the country.

where have you traveled to? You apparently base your statement on popular assumption. Onitsha and Aba are among the best planned cities in Nigeria. You might want to use your google map.
