I found agege bread though

I don't buy bread from Africa store. Once I bought one, mold started growing on it after 2 days.
When I crave agege like bread, I head to Filipino bakery. The pandasal is so similar in taste and texture.

Hawaiian roll is good substitute too.

I have eaten cooked ukwa in palm oil from my grandma and mother's kitchen.
I'm looking to order dried one from the African store.

I like and misses that spinach/veg in the op 2nd pix. Very good in stews.

I bought the seeds on Amazon and planted it but didn't germinate.

As I am getting older, my stomach is no longer friendly. I am now more mindful of what I eat and when I eat.

You are lucky it is as you grew older - my stomach never agrees with very many foods.
