Yeah -
The corn is soft and not hard/starchy - difficult to find hard, fresh & overly matured sweet corn. They harvest them early.

I do use kale - for my spinach sauce. Regular spinach goes limp before touching your "even" none hot stew. So I eat regular spinach raw as salad - not vegetable sauce thing

The Nigeria spinach seed i bought and planted didn't germinate. The thing just quenched inside soil.
