Thanks to this post from SimiBrasil, we can see that the behavior tara85 is describing is not unique to any Nigerian tribe SimiBrasil: tara85 is a prominent nairaland member but she wouldn't use her real user name because she is a coward. |
A foreigner (welch woman, supposedly ) wouldn't place so much emphasis on the tribe the Nigerian man (or the woman he is datingon the side) is from. Unless such woman has been couched by some Nigerian, she wouldn't be making such tribal distinctions. Why are some Nairalanders such cowards ? Why can't they speak their mind with one username ? pitiful ![]() tara85 is a prominent nairaland member but she wouldn't use her real user name because she is a coward. |

Shouldn't Nigeria be concentrating on generating enough electricity rather than sending a man to the moon ? |
engineerd:sorry engineerd, I don't know. I don't currently reside in Nigeria. |

First you write this: Planner:Then you proceed to address me: Planner:Now, who really is the fool ? Planner:It is okay for your igbo kinsman, QuotaSyste, to label the entire yoruba race as cowards, but when one points out the cowardly behavior of Ojukwu, you take up arms. Like I said earlier, you and your kinsmen can call me all the names you want but it doesn't make Ojukwu any less of a coward. |
blackspade:No problem my brother. I apologize if I addressed you wrongly earlier ![]() |
Eziachi:I did not mention this anywhere in my posts. Please go and re-read the thread and see who exactly mentioned this. Eziachi:Why didn't you address the initial post made by your kinsman Quotasyste ? Some of you igbos talk trash about other tribes, but when others retaliate, you take up arms. If you don't want people talking trash about you, then don't talk trash about others. All this nonsense started with your kinsman, Quotasyste. Go and read the second post on this thread on page 1. Eziachi:You never mentioned the bag eggs in your tribe. It's when I pointed them out that you started admitting you have bad eggs. Those who live in glass houses should not throw stones. Eziachi:It is a free world and I can criticize whomever I want to. A coward is a coward regardless who is doing the accusing. Eziachi:Please Eziachi, both sides suffered casualties in the war. Eziachi:Ojukwu's action is nothing short of cowardly. Whether I was the one he betrayed or not is not the point. The bottom line is that, his action was cowardly. That is my take. |
It is okay for your kinsman, Quotasyste, to label all yorubas as cowards. Not a single one in particular, but the whole people in their entirety. You had nothing to say to him about that. But when people point out the obviously cowardly behavior of Ojukwu, you stand here writing post after post trying to defend him. I repeat, if Ojukwu was a true patriotic leader, he would've either died fighting or be captured alive. His fleeing to luxury in Ivory Coast is cowardly behavior. |
Eziachi:You are just saying this because the man belongs to your ethnic tribe. If someone else had done this, you'll be the first to call him a coward just like you were quick to label Tafa Balogun, OBJ, Abacha and IBB as corrupt but left out Sam Egwu, Okadigbo, Orji Kalu, Chimaroke Nnamani as if they are saints. You are obviously biased in your thinking. In your eyes, igbos are perfect people and all others are the bad ones. shio |
bawomolo:He was really overzealous indeed ![]() |
Eziachi:A patriotic leader would either die fighting or be caught alive rather than flee to luxury in Ivory Coast. That is cowardly behavior. |
Eziachi:You educating who ? I have more education than you can ever dream of. Eziachi:Wrong, not according to me. I placed up the bbc link and the other one making this claim against Okadigbo and Sam Egwu not igbos. If you have a problem with their accusation, please take it up with them, not me. Eziachi:The only point you are making is trying to point out everyone else's flaws as if you have no flaws of your own. You made reference to the Baloguns, OBJ, IBB and Abacha, as if people from the north and west are the only corrupt ones in Nigeria. You have made no point whatsoever other than this. Eziachi:I am sorry if you feel bad, but your Ikemba or whatever, did not stand by his people to the end and that is cowardly behavior in every dictionary known to man. Eziachi:Again, you bad mouthing me has not made Ojukwu any less of a coward Eziachi:I applaud you for fighting, but if you notice, I have not called you a coward. I called Ojukwu a coward and I stand by my word. |
