Yes, but I think the igbos will fare a bit better. The igbo govt (at the center) just has to work on collecting taxes and upgrade
its infrastructure. Other than that, they are set !

As it is now, I think the west (yorubas) are a bit more dependent on oil than the east. But the
west has lagos working in its favor.

Any how, I don't see Nigeria splitting until all the oil and gas in the Niger delta is completed depleted.

For your information, it is not Abuja that is funding infrastructure in Lagos. In fact, it is abuja (the fed govt) that is
reaping lagos of its funds. The fed govt collects taxes from Lagos and distributes it with all the 36
states of Nigeria, just like it does with oil.

70% of the non-oil money generated by the Federal Internal Revenue Service (FIRS) comes from Lagos state. If this
money was remitted to lagos, It'll be way better off than it is today.

A governor position represents a great life time retirement plan (99% of these folks do not have any plans to ever work again after the completion of their terms).

FYI: regardless of the circumstances, Gbenga Daniel Kissed OBJ dirty ass for 4 straight years, simply because OBJ was living in Aso rock. He became very big or too big for himself as soon as his god father (OBJ) relocated. He is now very disrespectful and currently not on talking terms with OBJ.

What's up with all these tradition/customs of kneeling down? So, you are even dictating to your neighbor to be subservient to her mother inlaw? As long as the two women have a cordial relationship, kneeling down is definitely out of the context.
