Abeg bro, look for other skills that u can learn within 6 months and will help u in generating capital/job u can run and accomplish task given to u so that u can be saving and trying other things...

The Forex is a go but u need capital, u need to afford what u are risking (e.g. if u deposit $50 to practise, make sure u have $500 as ur personal savings or $150 at least so that u can step back in when u lose an acct and have learn from your mistake), start small, it will pay off, but u have to be patience, and consistent in this journey... (if ur still interested oh)

We dislike it, some girls do it intentional. They love seeing the request of 100+ men pending in their list and some might be communicating with you even while ur request is still pending.

You all have very good points. But as for me, I will always go for the a73 when choosing between the Note 10+ & a73 because of the 4 years update I get, 108mp camera, battery and the fact you can get a new one in the market.

Come on! Why would I spend over 150K for a note 10 plus that I know is not new.
If we talk about performance and all that, the A73 will still run all apps the note 10 plus can run smoothly too...

I will always give the note 10+ a five star for its processor and build quality, but a person like me will always go for the a73 instead of the note 10 plus because of longevity.
Am not saying the Note 10+ won't serve but the a73 is giving a higher hand to do so...

Refurbished products simply means an old product restored/replenish to a new.

Used means products that were used by other users (probably for some months/years)

If u want to shop with peace, buy what is new.
But some used products still works great, I prefer them than refurbished ones...

NEW is always great

If you do shop online on Jumia u should know that not all the products made in USA/China/S Korean comes from their but from Nigeria stores and are still original.

Its business, there are stores in China with Original Samsung, Iphones too.
They even highlight which is Snapdragon (for Samsung) and US version (for Iphones).

Just make sure u are buying a product who's condition is NEW (and not used/refurbished) that's if you are going for a new one

YouTube has video of why any/most mobile phone u search of is the worst released...

Well, when u start schooling in the university, lie to ur parents that there is a practical course that require u get a Laptop or else u will get a C.O/Carry over the course, as getting a laptop is a must and prerequisite for the course.

This way, they will quickly answer u.

This is the tactics I used for my mom. I needed a laptop but she would refuse to get me one, I started learning programming on my smart phone sha but I needed a laptop. When I was done with my WAEC and got denied admission 2016 I looked for jobs at business centres na their I they learn my coding. I bought my first Laptop (which cost 50K) when I was 19 years old with this LIE I just told u to use. Though my my mom is a widow and things are hard for us but I needed it sha since it matters a lot to me.
Now ah dey learn some other skills to buy Mac Book Pro 2020 because this Laptop wea be like DVD fit knock one day...

Its not saturated. I once searched for web developers on my location and saw that Nigerians who are web developers/programmers don't actually make much compared to other skills. Though there are big freelancers but not compared to others, and much who just made $400 below

Hello everyone, am a web developer. I have been learning web development since 2016 and I have been good in what I have been learning since then.
Am able to code with HTML 5, CSS 3, Bootstrap 3 & 4, JavaScript, Jquery, PHP & MySQL.
This year, after the strike which brought most of us students back home I decided to go into freelancing and I choose Upwork.
I created a profile and got my account approved and verified, this was after paying for a course and undergo training (online) about freelancing.
But I don't really know whats wrong, I have write proposals to different clients and they never got accepted, am even out of connects and the fact things are happening like this am even doubting the fact that am a good web developer or thinking is because my location shows am Nigeria (who knows).

I will like to know if anyone has an advice that will help me on my freelancing journey or should I just forget about it and learn Python before school resumes (because freelancing ain't really working as planned for me).

Nairaland is a web app because it requires users input and output for data representation.

if its a website, it will require none of user inputs but only display contents that can only be readable to users
