I've been approved for a visa with less than 50k balance. I was planning to use my yearly bonus for my trip but payment was delayed as at time of application. I applied with the documents showing the expected amount, the internal email explaining the delay and when it would be paid.

Chances are extremely high that you when you reapply you would get a visa but I agree that your current circumstances matter. If I was no longer employed as at time of renewal with that 50k balance, I probably won't have been granted that visa.

Now the dependent applied for visa using her own bank statement from 21 sept to 20 October 2021.

She got a non straight forward email to provide the main applicant statement from 29th July to 21 September 2021. What should she do? Cos the main applicant transferred 5m to his daughters account and used other funds to buy PTA and pound then others to shop for laptop ,foodstuffs and buy ticket. There was nothing left in the account before he left

Please note the the dependent has an excess of 4m in her POF

Secondly,he should pay his school fees and accommodation in full and have a reasonable amount in his account in the UK for upkeep.

He can now send the statement with a detailed explanation stating he had no needs for the funds hence the reason why he moved them to his wife since he had fulfilled all his financial obligations towards his studies and attach school fees receipt, accommodation payment etc.Lastly, pray for favour.
