the APC gubernatorial candidate of kwara state is Abdulfatahi Ahmed..I witnessed his about to be concluded administration (4yrs of slavery to Bukola Saraki). I don't pray for another.

Everything that happened in his administration happened with the approval of Bukola Saraki..even issues that requires to be treated with urgency had to wait till their so called "LEADER" comes around.. You need to see how these guyz amputate the workers salary down here...hmmm I swear, hand no fit type am finish
thought you guys in kwara like the saraki dynasty?

He wasn't specific about that but from my own understanding and inferring from what he said, there must be proven reasons y a scr would be reported as having failed because d scr reader itself has been found to be highly functional.Where proven, elections there wud b suspended and d proven defective scr replaced same day or d next.
He was almost categorical in saying its scr all through and all issues with d particular network that had failed card readers has been sorted out.
Maybe this position would b made public as d days tick down for d INEC PO that said he hasnt heard anything like that.
this can only work if any inec official found out to have deliberately report that card reader is not working when in fact the card reader is in good condition is threatened with jail sentence never mind cancellation of the result of that polling unit
PoliticsRe: Governorship Elections: PDP Targets Victory In 24 States by asha80(m): 6:48pm On Apr 04, 2015

Didn't see d question about d card reader.
But what INEC has said through its spokesman today is that it would be card reader all through. That even where there are reports of proven failure which it says was even just about 0.5% at d presidential), elections would be suspended in that polling unit and d card reader replaced.Furthermore, even if d replacement cannot be done same day,d electorate would have to come back d next day and continue with a functioning scr.
In otherwords, there won't be a resort to use of d manual register under any circumstances because it has solved d issue of d little hiccups experienced in some centres besides d fact that d scr were functional in up to 99% of polling units.
Even one of d guests at d channels television discussion program today where d INEC PR made its position known, corroborated further by saying that d scr worked, even in d east, but that some politicians in their scheme to rig, induced some corrupt INEC presiding officers to report that it wasn't functional, so as to return to d fraudulent use of d manual register.
so in essence what inec is saying is that it will not accept any result of any polling unit which resorts to manual accreditation abi?ok

Not sure about the story of politician inducing inec officials to resort to manual accreditation

I agree people are involved but I beg to disagree its because of the apga guy......one good thing about the election in abia is that its a win win situation for abia......okezie ipkeazu and alex otti are both trail blazers, that's if we do individual assessment.... Anyway let the best man win
let the best man win through vote of the people and not through rigging by tc chairmen as witnessed last week

it is in this election that a lot more abia people are actually interested in (governorship) because of the personality involved in apga than last elections of senate and house of representatives or don't you know so?

sorry what's the question, maybe I can help,I am an inec adhoc staff...presiding officer to be specific
the person I quoted said that inec has directed that it is card reader all through and that in any event of card reader failure that voters should come back the next day instead of manual verification

The last results has cast some doubts in my mind, that's y I said its too close to call.
If PDP no matter d method they used could find people they cud induce or cajole to rig out APGA and apc despite the disastrous rule of Theodore, it only goes to show Abians are not yet ready to take their destiny in their own hands.
I can only hope that with APC's victory, d people wud now regain their voices and resist whatever attempts d PDP wants to use to rig out their preferred candidate again.
during the last election abia pdp made use of some military guys(akobundu has a hand here) and police..whether the these security outfits would be willing to do it again knowing that power equation has changed is another story

You didn't answer that inec card reader next day failure issue

That's d same way the PDP stated it would win in 24 states of d federation at d presidential polls, when all proper polls said otherwise, now muazu has continued that deception instead of dem strategizing on how not to lose more States.
For muazu's information PDP would lose d ff states it controls:

-Niger (GMB + nasko popularity + APC sweeping d state.Besides d okpolo eyed one has been poor).
-Benue (suswam virtually destroyed PDP there with his inbred cluelessness + anointed an unpopular candidate,Benue indigenes would rather burn d state than have a suswam stooge as d next governor)
-Kaduna( El rufai riding on GMB + poor performance of gov Yero
- Jigawa (trouncing of PDP there will continue)
-Kebbi (Dakingari's popularity and influence has waned greatly, having lost also for a Senate seat)
-Katsina (GMB more like a god there now and his party's candidate cannot be rigged out, unlike in 2011)
Adamawa (Ribadu's method of emergence, strong showing of APC)
Abia is too close to call btw PDP and APGA
Rivers too might see a shocker because INEC has said it wud b card reader all through, that if it fails, voters shud return d next day.
are you sure about the last statement?

Pls remove abia because in a fairly free and fair election abia pdp will not win

You see, they are now saying the truth after they realised they have lost Senate Presidency and have marginalised themselves. Igbos tho. I don't believe the REC jor, after how many days, its now she's just talking and why didn't she mention this when she was announcing the election result in Abuja. When Jega asked her of any problems overall, she said everything was perfect. Other senatorial zones were rigged, didn't she signed them, now she's telling us super story. Also, Jega didn't put any pressure on her, that one is a lie, if Jega was putting pressure on the RECs we won't have waited 3 days to let results come in. He didn't put pressure on presidential results so its now senate result he's putting pressure for. Abeg madam! You are a PDP tool and playing their script, you collected N100 million from Orji. Anyway, when ever they reveal that APC truly won those seats its a win-win, APC will have more sits and Igbos will have a senate president an reduce their marginalisation but no matter how SE tries, they'll surely be the underdog of this administration no matter how Buhari tries in his very kind and forgiving heart to include them, that's the unfortunate price they'll now have to pay for rigging and voting based on sentiments, religion and ethnicity.
comment of an ignorant soul
