I will play the devils advocate; some elections should not be free and fair! Some elections shhould be rigged especially when across the board frustrations pushes the aarry masses into the wIting but dangerous hands of the extremists. There are things one should not wait for FG before it's done. Successive State Governors of Anambra and Enugu had come and gone without prioritizing that road. If were the Governor, I will not hesitate to fix that road because of its importance, little by little, maybe do it in 3 sections over 2-3 years. And use our good relationship with the President to get a refund which is within his fiat on the Ministry of Works budget use
