AnambraDota: The Guy is not being sincere, if it's true that mean Mmaduka, Ibeto, Obijackson, Uba etc would have relocated to mass. How come he came with such portfolio and Anambra State government is not aware and give him land. Many communities in Anambra are giving land to investors. Come to think of it he is from the town, how can someone stop me from building in my own town and I have to run to Ghana, this guy is a fraud. it is just that he didn't give full details of what happened |

for those wondering what happened to the anam city project read this tweet..the man is from anam Replying to @hartng @heylagos Had a plan to build a new town for my own people and to live there and develop large scale projects. Was subjected to the most horrid experience. Long story short I have purchased a 50-acre farm in Ghana. Building a 1.7 Kilometer road to connect the farm. Life’s too short https://twitter.com/ChifeDr/status/1034753392667705344 |
Business › Re: Abuja, Lagos, Abia Contribute 99% To Nigeria's $5.5b Capital Importation In Q2 by asha80(m): 1:23pm On Aug 29, 2018 |
dipoolowoo: You are right and this was because the emphasis was on the three states that contributed 99% to the total amount; Abuja, Lagos and Abia.
Anambra did not make up to what Akwa-Ibom and Ogun States made; $16m and 12.7m respectively, which was included in the story. The state only managed $5m.
But like stated earlier, the main story is the 99% contributed by the three states. alright bro |

dipoolowoo: Thanks Africonji for the defence.
The picture @TundeBricklayer posted is for Q1 2018 and not Q2 2018, which we reported. It is very easy for people to term report as "fake" without proper verification. Business Post is a reputable platform trying its best to dish out credible information.
While we admit that no one is above mistake, we do our best to make sure figures are verified before posting.
Even in the NBS report, they made an error of giving same amount to Lagos and Abia, which we detected and corrected when we checked the map, which indicated something different. That is how far we go to crosscheck facts and figures before posting.
Attached is a screenshot of the Q2 2018 we extracted our story from. in this your pic though anambra was shaded thick blue but nothing was said about capital importation there |

TundeBricklayer: Thanks bro, is a pity that many here don't understand the report, I have seen Q2 2018 report, Abia recorded 29% in 2Q report 2018, the boy that was quoting me is very ignorant, Abia recorded zero throughout 2017 and 1Q 2018 well not evryone who is literate understands these things so it is expected..what i am more interested is what was responsible for that abia capital importation in the Q2 that wasnt there in 2017 and Q1 2018 |

from the links abd pics of tundebricklayer something might be actually wrong with the original report...i have added the percentages of the different capital importations of the various states in the pic it adds up to 100% exactly.. ok wait i have looked at it well now..the tundebricklayer pic is on 2017 not 2018..even the latest one he posted is Q1 of 2018 while the report is talking about Q2 of 2018 |

peacengine: Bro, ain't got no time for banter. The only advice I gat for u is to learn to eat the humble pie so that u can be accepted by your host, accept the people's culture & way of life without assuming yours is superior in any way. That's all. I also have an advice for you.. learn not antagonize a route of making revenue because you do not like the route it is coming from especially when you need the revenue and it is not illegal |
