escodotman: It is you who should be objective and speak the truth! You are trying so hard to defend the obviously indefensible list, in a country where federal character principle is enshrined in the constitution, just because you are a northerner. Despite the northern cult called security council, criminality, terrorism and insecurity is at a high level never seen before in the history of Nigeria.
I really don't think, we're in d same country! I'm a southerner, living in d north!
If he's going to present his case, he should do it, with all d right info! Don't bring, sentiments, into sh*t like that! That too, is inciting n it was irresponsible of him!
Amba555: You did mathematics in your primary school right? there is nothing fair in that ratio...its like 1:100 in a nation where quota system exist only on paper.
The will of one man, is enough!
Try be objective, can 10criminals, plan their criminal operation, in d presence of an honest man? Not to talk of three
The fact, u omitted their names, calls ur intentions, into question! I normally, won't bother, but cheats like u, are no different from them! That u claim to be fighting on d good side, doesnt absolve u of criminal intent
Turantula: VP? that one will be busy serving his Fulani masters tea
Yes! And, gallivanting, all over d country, giving moral n financial support. Taking over d FG's economic apparatus, driving it. At least, we're all agreed, man from Daura, can't handle that!
1% penetration, in d mobile money market, likely caused by d shortfall in integrity, by banks n security agencies
U can't even report, dispense error online! Who get time to go spend hours, on a queue n those arrogant customer service, who believe, they're doing u, a favour Awon smellos
hypertension: In the past, even when things are difficult, earning above 200k will be okay for you and your family.
Currently, its difficult to survive with that EARNING.
I'm already preparing for PLAB. i don tire for this country biko.
When Donald trump was elected i was not too happy. i wanted hilary clinton. But he proved everyone wrong and made hard choice for benefit of his countrymen.
Likewise, i supported Jonathan againt buhari but right now he has not made any reasonable policy to help people struggling daily.
If as a doctor i can complain, you should know people are dying.
God help us. Tribal sentiments will not put food on our table by selfless leaders who value their people
Oga dokita, u're mouthing off, as if, poverty in Nigeria, is a PMB invention
That, d supposedly rich, are crying, should tell u something, abt their fake-assed riches!
The poverty, in d nation, was rising to a crescendo! If d poverty wasn't available before, where are d industries, providing jobs? Abj, was filled with enough portfolio coys, looting our commonwealth n still harassing us, over it.
It could be better, anyway, but it will definitely get better, in d long run, if we continue on ds path
Mmuoojukwu: Nigeria is an unfortunate country. The people who claim they love her hate her most. Supposing you have a factory, you have obtained loans from banks, borrowed hugely from friends to build the factory, you have spent a fortune to install all the hardware and software. Everything is ready but a manager. Then someone like Buhari comes to be the manager of the factory. You ask for his certificate, he tells you he has WAEC result. "You want to run this large and sophisticated factory with WAEC result? Ok, bring it." Then Mr. Buhari replies him that it is with Nigerian army. The owner of the company is hurt but wants a fair trial, he calls the army records and he is told they cannot find buhari's result. Then he asks mr. Buhari to get his WAEC result. Later, a strange, handwritten result resurfaces from the "bola" of Daura. The company owner watches the results with his mouth agape. "you said you've integrity?" "Yes, it depends on what you call integrity. Even open deceit can be integrity if you believe." Then the company owner says, "I will give u a trial, write down what you will do to move this factory forward, tell me the kind of people you will employ to assist you, tell me the head of the police. I will come back after 100 days..." Shockingly, when the owner of the factory comes, his manager was in an undisclosed foreign hospital. He uses the company's money to treat himself and flies with the company's private jet. The company owner enquires the amount Mr. Buhari spent in the hospital and his manager bluntly refuses to tell him. But Mr. Buhari claims he is very transparent and has unequalled integrity...(the story continues later)
Ur post, shouldn't pander to wailers! U can write it neutrally n gain more respect n readers.
Makes a lot of sense, but... since when did sense, translate to success
Mention any previous Nigerian president, u would hand over to?
sagerasaq: Its a good direction.. If only All this Pastors and Govt officials who own Private Institutions can learn from them.. Education is Expensive and Only things like this can help make it easy. There are many Taju's out there who need help.
Why not, develop d public school, in his region, with d funds being contributed? I'm sure, of many more like him, in his locality
MartinCorridon: LOL... to be honest, Saraki sponsors the thugs for election work....
BUT he didn't say they should go and rob, he once boasted of being richer than Kwara even before becoming Governor.
Trust me, it is true. His dad ruled for decades
I can, actually boast of knowing Saraki, far more than u'll ever know. His dad, was my uncle's neighbour, in GRA. Bought him out sha.
All his supposed wealth, is tied in real estate n cash. Yet to hear of any of his investments, generating, steady income. The guy, lives off stolen wealth, it's becoming difficult to loot, brazenly. Esp, when u're marked man
ceaser: Abegi! is it not all because of 2019? Why didn't he start this the moment he assumed office? And who is to say he won't grant them all presidential pardon and call your bluff the moment he clitches his reelection 2019? Remember appeal court still dey where the case will still get to.
PMB failed to deliver to the expectations of Nigerians who voted him in on the heels of his anticorruption campaign. Until he successfully jails Saraki, Obanikoro, Dino, most of those thieving governors who has perpetuated themselves in the legislator, I will see all he is doing presently as child's play.
Well, instead of sharing ghana-must-go of dollars, to d elites, all over country, d supposed dullard, is playing on emotions of d masses(voting public)
A bloody, gworo-chewing, cattle rearing, nepostic nepa-certificate holder, outsmarting a drunk, clueless buffoonic PhD holder
I didn't start following d NASS, just recently. It's, been way back, since dem Okadigbo n d mace fracas. In performance, this Senate has been d best, I've witnessed, since 1999.
Dumdumfashion: I had high hopes with you but you just ended up a routine Senate President. We have definitely had better Senates
Non better! With all those ghana-must-go bags Just d dashed hopes. He never had a chance, anyway.
I have been saying it for a long time now. It's good you confirmed it now. Most yeye Senate since Democracy!!
I have to disagree, with u, on this. He has done a very good job, of improving d performances of d Senate, just that;
His integrity, has been compromised! From way back, till this moment. Quite unfortunate.
That was d first thing, that came to mind, immediately, I saw his senseless post. How can u chair such a sensitive post yet jam talk, like a trainee sales boy? Not even, under a pseudonym
Anyone, still making d excuse of freedom of expression n comparing his case, to that of d Oba or PMB, really doesn't get, what education, is all about.
Any ordinary citizen, can attach any label he deems fit. But, not d chairman of d editorial board of a national newspaper in a country filled with disparate cultural tensions
Btw d vanguard n nairaland, I don't know, which i visit more, daily!
SalamRushdie: I always stand for truth 100 percent but una blind love for Buhari make you see my truth in another light when it involves Buhari govt
Not blind love. I don't love, just do my duty.
Since, I've been aware of my political environment, this is d first govt, that tries to respond to d needs of its pple. Though, not as fast, as I would really kill for
