It is not an issue. I renewed my passport before submitting it to VFS without filling a webform and my passport was stamped. Since a staff told you that it not a problem, you don't have to worry about it. The good thing about the renewed passport is that the embassy will give you visa that has the same duration with your passport

Is tracker show application CLOSED after submitted passport for visa ?

You can apply all together if you have funds and strong home tie etc good paying job and properties.

Or plan B

You and your wife apply first then visit and come back and apply for all the kids

I got a visitor visa done by an agent and during the application he filled in my education history that i have Bsc certificate at uniben but this is so untrue although he didn’t submit any certificate to prove that for my application. If your trip is not urgent why can’t you submit it in Lagos? And for minor in Lagos won’t pay any dim. But if you send it to Abuja both of you will pay.

It can only be God, visa approval depending on the VO that treating your application. I have seen someone ‘’FULANI’’ in this thread last week gotten visa for 3 years program with just 8.5m without paying any dem.
