See my friend, u don't need ppls opinion on every decisions you'll need to make cos only you wear the shoes and knows where it pains you the most.

Yes it will be. Although there are varying factors to consider which are:

1.) Total sqm of the building itself
2.) Size of each living spaces inside the building
3.) How much of a compound space are you looking at?

The type of building design and quality of finishing will influence the cost estimate for the building.
