I'm very certain this terms doesn't have any legal backing, and i didn't see where they wrote ur property would be revoked and you'll have to wait until after 10years before been allocated another portion. This is day light scam. Get a lawyer and take legal action against them..

Sorry about ur ordeal. Was it stated in the agreement letter that your land would be revoked and issued to another person if you don't start developing within 3months? If not I'll advice you take legal actions against them as that's fraud and inhumane
