PoliticsRe: Ijaw Youths Invade Ondo Village, Kill Five by asorocker: 10:11am On Feb 20, 2011
I hope retaliation is not going about attacking innocent Niger deltans living in Apapa, Ajegunle and Badagry because that will lead to very serious reprisals in Port harcourt and Warri.

There is something extremely wrong with the yoruba DNA, these same peeps claimed that why they joined the hausas to fight igbos in the civil war is because ibos invaded Ore now Ijaws have invaded the same Irelle LGA and killed and kinapped their king and all we get is some people coming to throw tantrums at igbos.

The yorubas made the same blunder when Abacha arrested and imprisoned their generals including OBJ and Diya.

As I am writing this part of yoruba land is under forced occupation and colonisation by fulanis in kwara.

Even hongkong and other similarly occupied territories have been returned to their rightful owners , no part of the world is presently colonised today except illorin.

And somee of you have the audacity to come here and throw tantrums rather have a DNA checkup.

Little wonder they have been marrying other tribes, diluting their inferior blood in the process of correcting their faulty DNA.
PoliticsRe: Yorubas Do Not Own Lagos, The Ijaws Do. The Mahins, Ilajes And Aworis Are Ijaws by asorocker: 8:35am On Feb 19, 2011
My dear forget lagos, lagos is a dead or dying city. It is very much unplanned , congested and dirty.

If the nigerdeltans build a deep sea port somewhere around Akwa Ibom and build world class refineries that will refine and export crude, link all their cities from calarbar to warri using a high speed rail link, invest in large scale IPPs , Petrochemical factories that will churn out plastic , hydrocarbon chemicals , fertilizer companies and possibly a real steal complex then and only then can they rank with south africa , angola and the dubai.

I wish and pray they can get their stuff right.

The south south might be the saviour of nigeria
PoliticsRe: Rascals In Govt: Jonathan A Drunk Fisherman -tinubu ! by asorocker: 11:31am On Feb 17, 2011
Can some body remind BAT that it is this same drunkard and fishermen that are responsible for the sustenance , growth , prosperity of nigeria

Nigeria cannot do without these drunk fishermen and will do anything to make sure they are part of niger and also the super powers are interested in Nigeria because of the drunk fishermen.

However for BAT and his rascals, nigeria will be ready to quit you as soon as you so desire. You have had many opportunities to opt out of Nigeria but you decide to tow the line of becoming the north's slave.

One is forced tto ask is this not the same Tivs that once proclaimed that they will spill the last drop of their bloods for the sake of the unity of the country, yet they cannot spill one drop of sweat to defend themselves from external agressors.

some one should tell them that charity begins at home and not at your neighbours home

As per the diasporans investing in the SE, prof Barth Nnaji has brought in more than $3.5 B investments in the SE. Several other investors too numerous to mention are doing that. ,Dr Ndubuisi Ekekwe, Dr ken Nwabueze, Barthlomew Obi, innocent chukwuma, e.t.c
PoliticsRe: Jonathan Pledges N500bn To Boost Economy Of S-east by asorocker: 5:24pm On Feb 15, 2011
@ poster , I am really clueless as to when and whose regime the $ 3.5 billion dollars was invested in the south east . It defnitely can't be after the civil war.
Prior to the civil war nigeria ran a real federation with federating units remitting to the centre.

The SE is the only zone (oil producing ) without a refinery even with the latest award of contract for new refineries for kogi and bayelsa non for the SE.
The SE is also the only zone without a steel rolling plant ,( I can name the others for you ).
The SE gets the least allocation from the FG . (Least states , local government , senate and fed house seats e.t.c

Yet the SE produces the highest number of graduates , the highest number of privately owned indigenous SMEs.

Is it too much if the federal Governement in the light of these facts invest $ 3.5 B to boost business activities in the zone.

Why the bed bellehuh
PoliticsRe: Jonathan Pledges N500bn To Boost Economy Of S-east by asorocker: 10:46am On Feb 15, 2011
The 500 billion naira is not a big deal to the south east incase some people here think the south is being bought over for such chicken change.

If the over 5 million igbos in the diaspora are to invest a minimum of $1000 that will yield about $5 billion and almost 1 trillion. Or 760 billion in a year that's enough to build a coal/gas power station, a silicon wafer plant , automobile manufacturing centre , refinery, airport e.t.c

The potentials of the south east is only 1% tapped.

I believe the south east deserves to re articulate their plans and go back to the drawing board to bale out their zone from this planlessness of nigeria.
PoliticsRe: Southerners, The Country Would Split In April! by asorocker: 8:48am On Feb 15, 2011
Arewa is at it again, the same kind of poor thinking and wrong logistics that prcecipated the civil war causing them and yorubas to loose countless number of soldiers against poorly armed biafrans.

The core north west and north east of 8 states ( sokoto, zamfara, kano, kebbi, borno, yobe, katsina, jigawa,) cannot seccede alone.
Less than a quater of nigeria , it will be another 3 years war to end it unless the remaining 28 states do not care.

Mind you kaduna , gombe, adamawa, taraba, bauchi is mixed and can't be considered core north.

The do not have the best fighting soldiers nor do they have the money to bring in arsenals from UK, US ,russia or china. Any seccession not backed by these 3 super powers will fail woefully.

The much I suggest they do is call for referendum .As long as nigeria remains indivisible no single group can be a major power again and control the levers of power , you will need at least 4 regions to make the rules.
As it is now the north only has Arable land , many local govt and states and an upper hand in voting power and politics against the sw, se, ss they should be contented with that but when it comes to economy , commerce, business know how, entertainment , media, human capitalism, financial capitalism, trade sports. It is the south ss, se and sw.

The future civil war nigeria could fight could be 60% economic ,20 % military(private tribal armies),10 political (voting and rigging) another 10% others.

The future can be controlled by those who have the more economy , more military (private army), and a political advantage. The ss looks more like it but they don't have homogeneity, the sw has some indices.

But lack the human guts of ijaws and fulanis . The inferiority complex of loosing the civil war and the inadeqaute number of voting power (states) of igbos rules them out .

The Mbelt is struggling for independence from the core north.

Where as the core north has expired they currently lack the human capital, the finance capital but have the voting power (states).
PoliticsRe: Tiv/fulani Clash Claims 17 In Benue by asorocker: 1:32am On Feb 13, 2011
On the other hand igbos are economically subject not really enslaved  to the ijaws on oil wealth basis.
If the igbos don't fathom a way of remaining economically relevant , that could be the end of igbo race.

On the political turf igbos are not a major player . On the military turf because of some envy reasons of some other tribes , igbos are yet to reassert them selves
PoliticsRe: Tiv/fulani Clash Claims 17 In Benue by asorocker: 1:17am On Feb 13, 2011
Talking about the fulanis , it is obvious they now have and operate a private army just like the ijaws have their mend and yorubas OPC with their full military regalia and bullet proof vest, The fulanis cannot dare this nonsense in ijaw land.

Their expansionism if not checked will spell doom for the nation.
PoliticsRe: Tiv/fulani Clash Claims 17 In Benue by asorocker: 1:09am On Feb 13, 2011
The strongest point of the ijaw militia is not their arsenal but the fact that nigerias existence depends on 98% crude from niger delta, that said it will take nigerian airforce 1 week to subdue the ijaws from air and another 4 weeks for the navy to do the rest.

Please being a military regional power is much more than having petrodollars and buying high grade amunition. There is a lot of intellignece involved too .
PoliticsRe: Tiv/fulani Clash Claims 17 In Benue by asorocker: 2:48am On Feb 12, 2011
The fulanis might never be tamed, who can tame them , when they colonised half of the north upto kwara and Nassarawa.

The problem ibos don't see yet is that if there is war between them and the fulanis , the TIVs , Beroms, Ijaws , yoruba and Kanuris will join the fulanis to finish ibos.

My take is that the fulanis are the most intelligent black race (according to the colonialist), there expanisonism can not be stopped , atleast for now.
