software company spent millions dollars to built their software for commercial purposes, they give it out to interested buyer to test the efficacy of the software in form of trial version to be uses for limited period of time, then if the intended buyer used the software and find out it really what he want and the software did exactly what he wanted, he will go ahead and pay for full version to acquire the software, and incase the software did not do what he expected he look for further.
