Webmasters › Re: Why Do You Still Work For Nigerian Companies? by Atheistan: 10:52am On Dec 12, 2021 |
SmartPolician: Hi Webmasters,
I felt like creating this post because I grasp how powerful the internet is. In clear terms, the Internet transcends all geographic borders, ushering people into a world of endless opportunities.
Given how the internet allows us to work from home, work for foreign companies and earn juicy pays, I want to know why some of us are not taking the opportunities yet.
For instance, excellent coders, digital marketers, graphics artists, web developers, content writers, and many other talented people who sell digital skills ought to be working for foreign companies from home instead of working for Nigerian firms for peanuts.
So, do you fall into this category? If yes, why do you prefer working for Nigerian firms as opposed to firms based out of the United States or elsewhere in the world for better pay, opportunities and exposure?
On the other hand, if you do work for these foreign companies on full-time or part-time basis, how did you land the job? Just go straight to the point |

Possibly a plugin compatibility issue.. 1. Deactivate all plugins and check if you can access the site. 2. If you can...then activate and check one after another till you find the troublesome plugin, when you find it, you can try updating it to the latest version and see if it works or you can find an alternative plugin that does same job. 3. If you still cant after deactivating all plugins (which is unlikely)....then check your wordpress error log its a file in your wordpress install folder. You can update your question with the contents of the error log. |

DoggoneDogg:
Except he is applying for a loan, a bank has no business knowing the colour of your gate or doing house verification.
If anything, it is the customer that should be asking for their MD's exact house address incase they run away with his money.
Stop posting ignorance on a public forum. Yes they do.. KYC doesnt border around loan alone. The idea is to Know Your Customer, so that in event of fraud the customer can be traced. Its actually a CBN violation if that house is not verified by actually visiting the residence to confirmYes you heard that right! Its mandated that the account officer should physically verify the address of the customer or he/she can use address verification agents. Its just that most times all the protocols are flinged. |
