Makinde should not allow any praise singer to deceive him, it's too early for all that because if we have to be sincere he has not done anything noteworthy. Paying salaries on time should not be a yardstick for judging performance please. We need to grow out of using that as a benchmark for performance and good governance in this day and age.

This news looks fake. I don't think Obasanjo said any of those things. Besides, why is it a blog that is reporting it instead of a major newspaper like The Sun or Telegraph??

Are you forking kidding me? Nobody can convince you that any Nigerian artist is just as good as, if not better, than CardiB, simply because you will refuse to accept any of that, regardless. Like kenneygirl said, CardiB ain't no better than the average Nigerian artist, the only difference between her and them is that she plies her trade in America which has the most structured and lucrative music and entertainment industry in the world. If she were to be in Nigeria like those Nigerian artistes you are trying to demarket, nobody would even give a fork about her or her music.

PDP has finally found its voice as a viable opposition in Ondo. We need to hear more from the opposition instead of government propaganda that we get inundated with daily from the APC government in the state. APC start packing your load, PDP is coming.

This Onochie woman needs to be made an example of. It is because of people like her that I am inclined to support the infamous 'hate speech' bill.

The governor is a man that is very vested in the progress of Ogun State and the need of the state to step beyond Lagos on some levels. Past administration has come and gone but not without some disarray and looting. These issues are first being resolved because for incoming commissioners and the work that needs to be done money is needed. Dapo Abiodun is trying to run a government that does not make excuses. Everything will be done soonest. We voted him because we believe in him. Let’s keep the faith.

If you're close to the governor, better tell him to hire some good and competent PR team because his efforts are being undereported and this is beginning to give him a negative perception in the eyes of the public. He can take a cue from Akeredolu in Ondo, whose people flood this forum everyday with several moniker to hype his efforts. All the so-called 'performing' governors are doing just that and it is making the ones that are not even doing much to look like they are 'working'. That's what the smart ones are doing.

Dapo Abiodun is a still a learner in politics but I think he will soon catch up. All he needs to do is to employ very good online PR and media people. Some governors are not really doing much in their states but their PR people are very good at embelishing their activities, flooding nairaland and other social media when they piss and take a sheet. It's all hype. I won't mention names but the grounded people will know those I am talking about.

Something tells me this guy would make a great governor. He already has too much money so he's not going there to steal. He is the best person I feel can breathe life into and rebrand PDP in Anambra.

It seems as if all it takes to make people feel that you are performing as a governor in Nigeria is to just build flyovers. But the real question is are these flyovers always necessary?? Na wah.

This man is a honourable man that has a good name to protect. He can't be blamed for his wife's excesses while in office. He can't be faulted for setting the records straight.

Tacha seems to be out-shinning the winner of the last Bbnaija; Mercy. It's like she has more fans.

I have noticed the ugly trend as well. But if you talk dem go tell you to mind your business.
