It is an ill wind that blows no good...don't end up like Lekan who killed his wife and was recently sentenced to death for inability to manage anger Love is not worth fighting for if only one person does the fighting |

hotspec:Should the issue by severing the relationship or making the relationship with the husband more important and all other relationships subservient to the marriage relationship? When the bible speaks of "one flesh" it means intimacy of the highest degree, so when a partner reports his mate to a parent or parents, or allows parents to remote control their union, such a person in effect demonstrates disrespect for God and the marital arrangement No other relationship is described this way with the words "one flesh" The other important word in that passage is "leave" a man must leave his parents, their control of him must seize, so he can have the freedom to start an independent family, so if a wife is controlled by her parents, she impedes the man's attempt to set up his very own family. It is thus very wrong for parents to attempt to talk less of succeed at monitoring or directing the affairs in the home of their married offspring |
cococandy:But doesn't Genesis 2:24 say the couple would become one flesh meaning no other bond was to be stronger, not parents, not kids, not friends? Is undue influence of the bond not a problem irrespective of whether it comes from the husband's side of the family or the wife's side of the family? My understanding is "the Scriptures emphasize that, upon marrying, your mate becomes your closest relative. Your husband or wife becomes the first one to love, care for and consult." |

@Tizan Sorry That's why I posted the below a while ago https://www.nairaland.com/2893475/dating-drills-guys-only/222#74535703 Can I talk to you privately? Email? PM?Whatever suits you? |
Smart wife = Smart kids Foolish wife = foolish kids Why sabotage your heritage? Inferiority complex makes some men go for women who ordinarily shouldn't even tie their shoe laces so they can play god and be worshipped A wife is a helper...the smarter the wife, the smarter the help A wife spends considerably more time with the kids...that influence had better be positive and worthwhile There are also certain circles a man may circulate in that marrying a dumb wife my limit his upwards movement and make him prone to adultery if he seeks intellectual fulfilment elsewhere Read some more here: https://www.nairaland.com/2893475/dating-drills-guys-only/222#74535769 See picture also

Been severally accused of the same Just that the stories have not gone online up here. My conclusion is this.....not everyone can afford Mercedes-Benz.....even among those who can a afford a Mercedes-Benz Benz some can only afford A Class, others B Class, C Class, E Class, Class, and yet others S Class. Even some who can afford an S Class may not afford a Maybach So seller or buyer both need to find their level. Don't price a Maybach when you can hardly afford an S Class and start complaining. There is a level for everyone. |
Here is the conclusion:

Amaterasu:Good that you appreciate. Here is more information to guide you and any others interested in what's going on here I once counselled a man...I am going to eliminate personally identifiable information, so as to substantially comply with the guidelines set forth by the American Psychological Association (APA) Standard 4.07 Code of Ethics to make impossible to zero in on the individual in question. Save for the need to protect confidentially the story is essentially what happened in real life. To make it difficult to identify the person in question, he has been married for more than 4 years but less than 10 years and he is African. His problem was that he has a cheating wife. This was after several years of marriage. That he had a cheating wife was slowly destroying him. How did he know? The normal stuff couples do was denied him, and she became super protective of her mobile devices, even up into the bathroom until one day she slipped, and he swooped on the device and confirmed the suspicions that his subconscious had brought to his attention. The man could not eat and started loosing weight and couldn't sleep either and yet the man was still deeply in love with her. To make matters worse, they operated a joint account and his funds had become completely commingled with her funds. Let's just say she had him completely by the balls. How exactly does a man provide a home for a woman that makes bring him down with grief? (Ruth 3:1; 1 Timothy 5: 8 ) Imagine yourself in his shoes and then you will appreciate the below:

Amaterasu:Suspend emotions, engage cold calculated critical thinking. What conclusions would a man on the street come to given access to the same sets of facts that you end up gathering? Gather facts and figures on which to base a decision based on not sentiments but the true state of the union from her point of view. Go full-scale undercover to determine her motives and intentions towards you and the new kid on the block...I will not explain this sentence, I leave it to you to determine what going undercover shall mean for you in this circumstance. Your very life and future depends on this. Let's just say I know someone who knows someone who found himself in this situation and played it cool while gathering every bit of information about the girl, he severally confirmed double triple etcetera dating on the part of the girl and then slowly eased himself out. It is nerve racking to see the love of your life in certain circumstances...hope you have the mastery of your emotions so you don't end up being charged for murder or manslaughter...if you don't, then don't do this, just call it quits. There is no marriage as bad as one built on lies....it is better to discover terrible things before you go in than go in and discover terrible things after signing the dotted lines...of course you can opt out then but you would have wasted a lot of time, money and emotions for the both of you. But then so many marriages are built on lies...and they seem to be working. It all depends on what you both want and are able to tolerate. That said, may it be too early to conclude? Whatever is the case, meticulously keep written records (including dates and times) of your findings, emotions etc, you may discover you need to refer to them in future to determine if your current suspicions are valid or not. |

It is one thing to set a standard, all vehicles should have reflective tapes and all vehicles should have a C-Caution Signs It is quite another thing to require that reflective tapes and C-Caution Signs must be purchased from a single/sole source at a clearly anti competitive price instead of allowing the market to bring them in and set competitive prices for the same. Several questions of law are raised by that notice...someone can ride on this to fame. There exists the option to challenge this in court and thus gain some reprieve, because the court will insist that the status quo remain until it determines the matter. Could this be the idea behind the Operation Velvet? And the postponing of the same? It reminds me of a couple of scriptures that appear to be playing out before our eyes. It is very plain that this clearly a revenue drive (Ecclesiastes 8:9) All of this I have seen, and I applied my heart to every work that has been done under the sun, during the time that man has dominated man to his harm. . . (Micah 7:3) Their hands are expert at doing what is bad; The prince is making demands, The judge asks for a reward, The prominent one makes known his desires, And they work it out together. (1 Samuel 8:4-18) 4 In time all the elders of Israel gathered together and came to Samuel at Raʹmah. 5 They said to him: “Look! You have grown old, but your sons are not walking in your ways. Now appoint for us a king to judge us like all the other nations.” 6 But it displeased Samuel when they said: “Give us a king to judge us.” Then Samuel prayed to Jehovah, 7 and Jehovah said to Samuel: “Listen to everything the people say to you; for it is not you whom they have rejected, but it is I whom they have rejected as their king. 8 They are doing just as they have done from the day I brought them up out of Egypt until this day; they keep forsaking me and serving other gods, and that is what they are doing to you. 9 Now listen to them. However, you should solemnly warn them; tell them what the king who rules over them will have the right to demand.” 10 So Samuel told the people who were asking him for a king all the words of Jehovah. 11 He said: “This is what the king who rules over you will have the right to demand: He will take your sons and put them in his chariots and make them his horsemen, and some will have to run before his chariots. 12 And he will appoint for himself chiefs over thousands and chiefs over fifties, and some will do his plowing, reap his harvest, and make his weapons of war and equipment for his chariots. 13 He will take your daughters to be ointment mixers, cooks, and bakers. 14 He will take the best of your fields, your vineyards, and your olive groves, and he will give them to his servants. 15 He will take the tenth of your grainfields and your vineyards, and he will give it to his court officials and his servants. 16 And he will take your male and female servants, your best herds, and your donkeys, and he will use them for his work. 17 He will take the tenth of your flocks, and you will become his servants. 18 The day will come when you will cry out because of the king you have chosen for yourselves, but Jehovah will not answer you in that day.” (Matthew 22:17-22) 17 Tell us, then, what do you think? Is it lawful to pay head tax to Caesar or not?” 18 But Jesus, knowing their wickedness, said: “Why do you put me to the test, hypocrites? 19 Show me the tax coin.” They brought him a de·narʹi·us. 20 He said to them: “Whose image and inscription is this?” 21 They said: “Caesar’s.” Then he said to them: “Pay back, therefore, Caesar’s things to Caesar, but God’s things to God.” 22 When they heard that, they were amazed, and they left him and went away. |

Remember that I did not deny that I do my homework (aka research) I think is also a perfect answer to those who believe that all my technical knowledge is limited to what the factory manual states, I know there are things the factory manual does not address, and so I look way beyond the factory manual when seeking solutions to problems of cars that I deal with

ZIMDRILL:If the coil pack were faulty then why didn't the misfire return till date in both cases. By the way, I have fixed misfires from faulty coils and spark plugs, but this one was different, I insist this happened, client knew he needed a tire change, thought it could wait a few weeks, then one day tire became so bad, it caused vibrations over a certain speed that affected ignition system operation and set misfire codes, like I have said before, I independently recreated the problem. You said good tire, I said a bad tire that was itself causing vibrations when driven above a certain speed, vibrations that the coils picked up or that affected coil operations. so the problem would not be tyres but loose connection somewhere, yes tyres triggered but the problem would be there waiting to be triggered by anythingIn the instant cases I described and in the conditions I inspected, nothing was loose. i dont research i work with cars, electronics is my play field, yes vibration trigger things if not correctly tightened, in this case as you say tyres triggers a misfire, how much vibration as the driver are you getting that a fully working coilpack fail, while the ride is still very comfortableWith all due respect and humility, I am a polymath, I admit to being an astute researcher, but let me also tell you that I have invested significant resources in formally learning automotive electronics and continue to invest to remain current, so your comments and observations above are in the very list uncharitable, I too love to play with electronics, which has been a passion since childhood so I just had to make it happen. Did I say that the ride was very comfortable? When the vibrations started, the ride was no longer comfortable, initially the client thought it was a matter of merely reducing the speed below when it would cause the vehicle to vibrate or manage the vibrations until the vibrations caused the blinking check engine light then he knew something was amiss and came to me and I diagnosed that he had better replace the tire Those who know a lot also know that there is so much that they don't know. https://medium.com/@michaeldsimmons/people-who-have-too-many-interests-are-more-likely-to-be-successful-according-to-research-d46aadcea87e https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polymath my conclusion yes vibration from tyres was there but still a missfire will occurs again, did you work on the car or you were told of the causes of the misfireI wrote it I did it not like it was reported to me let me tell you one trade secret, mechanics and electricians usually do, sometimes customers brings in cars and they tell you what they think is the problem half of the time there are wrong, if they present a faulty thats looks like a big job and if i find out that it is 2 secs job i still, charge and tell that i worked on the faulty and tell them indeed thats was the problem. but reality it would be the caseIn my spare time, I will provide additional proof that this is no conjecture, once again this was personal experience and not reported to me |
Tompee2:Better be safe than sorry. What do think ASE study guides say is the most important system is on a car for safety? Steering. Prioritize this repair, if you place premium on your life and that of others. |

santiagoz:Thanks for the mention radautoworks. Does the check engine light blink? Was the airbag light always on or it came up after some incident? If yes, what incident. Have you obtained any DTCs? Where in Abuja are you based? |
ZIMDRILL:I repeat I have reproduced this twice. At all speeds below 80km no misfire. At all speeds above 80km the check engine light starts blinking. When the OBD II readout is done, it shows misfire codes. Now this is the layman explanation. The tire creates vibrations, the coils pick up the vibrations and send wrong inputs to the ECM. The ECM in turn sets misfire codes. Those codes go away at all speeds less than 80 and always return at all speeds greater than 80. The challenge is open, I have reproduced it twice on Siennas running 3MZ-FE. I wanted to share it months ago but cancelled at the last minute. Once tire was replaced the misfires went away. The faulty tire was the front right tire in both cases. I have not tested it in other positions. I researched it some more and a Toyota technician confirmed he has seen it too overseas. Go figure! In both cases, the problem tire had seen better days, and should have been replaced a while ago but the client was buying time to source for funds for a replacement! |
ZIMDRILL:Sounding funny? Specifically about the tires causing misfires....and by the way it was one of a long list of possibilities, and never did I say it was the reason in this case It is on reddit, check it out, I have personally confirmed it on a 3mzfe engine twice By the way that comment was specifically placed there because he claimed to have changed coils but the misfires didn't go away Once again let me restate this is no internet folklore and that A has not experienced something does not mean it has not or cannot happen or will not happen to B |
