Hi Faithluv5, I sent you an email. Please check! Phelixblaq:Check the modules of the courses from both Universities. Check the rankings of the Uni(not like it matters given your current choices) Lastly, check the city you’re studying in, which of them resonates with you better, provides better opportunities in terms of jobs(use Indeed) & how far away they are from economic hubs if they’re not in one already. All the best! |
Be prepared
|
Tsk tsk |
eniobanke101:No, it isn’t a requirement. Some specific courses/institution can require it tho. Look through your course requirement. ademolufunmi:3 months, 4-5m Innyella:You can read about the country from any forum & YouTube videos. Just understand that Winter can be harsh and prepare for it, amongst a whole lot of other cultural changes you’d experience. Jobs are available but won’t pay you that much(barely minimum wage), experienced jobs can come handy if you’re a Skilled IT professional. Nonetheless, be prepared to have your cost of living for about 6months saved away. |
PDP absolutely has no business being a political party in Nigeria any longer. At this rate, it would take them about 20years or 5 electoral cycles to be able to wrestle power from APC. They have so many structures and bandwagon that makes them highly repugnant at the polls. Her entire structure is clearly built around money and the historical taint of power abuse also doesn't make it an easy choice for an average Nigerian to cast her vote in support of the party. There are a few individuals with the record and grit on which they can build a successful public service career, trumping APC's current fraudulent structure, but the noise from the urchins is a tad loud and would sadly derail their campaign strides. Alhaji Atiku has to identify these individuals, as he did in 2011's headhunt, pool funds to float a new structure and get their vehicle moving to drive home his ambition against 2027. 2023, unfortunately, is long gone, those who know, know! |
Jokes |
For a Geo-political zone, armed with so much funds from the FG, I think most South-South States are performing underwhelmingly. Absolutely chasing white elephant projects with no long-term plans for growth, just political clout. See this... Jerryz2050PMG:Ask them to list what they've done without the influence of the FG asides paying salaries and a few km's of roads here and there, you'd be met with a loud silence. The only semblance to growth was when Donald Duke & Akpabio was in power and when they vacated office, the zone literally went side-ways in terms of any growth. Ask yourself, where's Tinapa today? The world literally wanted to be a part of Calabar Carnival every December. The real jokers are the IPOBs looking to secede into trash-filled cities like Umuahia ![]() You can't hold your Governors to propel a solid zonal growth plan, that would attract the best minds, and even make the gifted hands in Ariaria globally marketable, but you'll be screaming Tinubu & Buhari's names on Obasanjo's internet. ![]() Thanks to the FG for the seaport, hopefully, that would decongest our Highways., and reduce the high cost of shipping |
alvinchris:Have you tried to contact VFS via email or phone at any point in time? |
monjhaay:Look through this list to check for skills on the shortage list. This is however not to say that you can't successfully convert to a Tier 2 from 4. As long as you can get a job with an approved sponsor, and pays above the lower financial band required, you're good to go. |
Evankc:Forgive my naivety, but please share how you propose this would work. Get Short Term Visa, Travel In and while in the country, make an application[switch] for a Student Visa? |
Illuminated993:Hello sir, I think all of what you've listed is possible. I have done a bit of a search through their industry, and apart from IT, I think engineering is a big deal, and you would land good offers there. You can check the following: Full-Time Jobs Part & Full-time jobs Student Jobs The first step, however, is to look through the list of institutions and email them about your proposed program, sharing your background info with them. I'm almost certain they would respond in no later than 3 business days. - Be prepared to learn their language. It is expectedly a faster route to getting well-paid jobs & promoted. Read through this to understand everything else you need to know about permanent residency after schooling. All the best. |

okocha170:Quite a number of people are impatient really and don't mind spending more. okocha170:I suggest you read through this link. It contains the answers to all your questions. https://studyin.lt/living-in-lithuania/useful-advice/useful-information/ Recosima:I stand to be corrected, but there's no need for SKVC. Visit the school's website and apply. Read through the instructions carefully and send them an email should you get confused at any point in time. |
helinues:It is annoying listening to people who don't ask questions. It is said that the policy will create jobs but you are not asking how? It's been 7years since the attached promises were made, what % of the lots have been achieved? But of course, trust Nigerians with their lack of critical thinking to swallow promises hook, line & sinker.
