Please stop na, this is what I do for a living and I just analysed the entire DoJ released document. He is charged with fraud and money laundering. You are emphasizing money laundering which was put at over $20 million between Nigeria and his non-existing US companies, NGOs. However, he orchestrated $20 million fraud received from US banks into his bank accounts, not transfer.
