Unveiling Maduka's Giant Strides In U.S, A Reflection Of His Capacity To Govern Anambra State* ( WATCH VIDEO)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cNk357T27P8

Dr. Godwin Maduka, a frontline governorship aspirant on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Anambra State, has continually demonstrated an uncommon passion for the betterment of the people of the State.

At a time, both serious and unserious contestants for elective offices in Nigeria scramble to be elected, it is important the electorate ascertain their capacity and abilities, as a basis to elect or reject them at elections.

In other words, it is vital they asses how each aspirant has fared or performed in his or her private endeavour before entrusting him or her with a leadership position.

Records have shown that it is only those who excelled in their chosen field of endeavour made impacts in public office when elected.

Former Governor of Anambra State, Mr Peter Obi, is a testimony. He was an astute business man , one of the nation's influential players in the financial sector, before he forayed into politics, and later became governor of Anambra State.

Such a feat is on the verge of repeating itself in the State, If Anambrans take cognisance of the giant strides and monumental success Dr. Godwin Maduka has recorded in the field of medicine on the global stage.

Maduka successfully set up and runs Las Vegas Pain Institute, one of the respected health institutions in the United States.

Located in six different locations across Nevada, the Institute, with state of the art medical facilities, is one of the best medical centres in the U.S, which offer quality medical services, particularly in the area of pain management to people across the globe.

From Jamaica to Spain, down to Seychelles up to Egypt, hundreds of nationals of foreign nations come to the Institute to seek quality medicare, which Maduka and his team have effectively rendered.

This clearly showcase the fact that Maduka has proven his mettle in medicine at the global stage and having attained such enviable feat, he certainly has the capacity to take Anambra State to eldorado.

Maduka's success in medicine is not only on the global stage, he replicated such feat back home, when he set up a similar medical facility in his home town, Umuchukwu in Anambra State, which is rendering quality medical services to ANAMBRARIANS and those from outside the State.

His huge footprints in the field of medicine, is a testimony and reflection of his ability to take Anambra State away from its present socio economic doldrums to the zenith of development.

I disagree with this writeup because in population sampling, you select the characteristics of a sampled few and then generalize.
Even if you decide to use Taro Yamane's sampling formula or Kumar's appropriation formula and rank it up with Pearsons', you'd see that the odds are against celebrity marriages.

Just because Omotola's marriage is not over yet does not mean it won't be over or should be used as a yardstick.
If you doubt me, ask Danny DeVito and Rhea Perlman who divorced after 30 years of marriage.

The face with the best makeup has the worst pimples and the miracle performing pastor also needs a miracle.
We know what we know about them so never say never and stop with the hasty conclusions.
This is insightful. Speaking of the population size(N), in the movie industry what will that be?
Family / Re: Love Is not always sweet .. 7 years marriage experience by AyoolaIgwe(m): 7:12am On Mar 02, 2021
So what's your point? We should marry but have it at the back of our minds that last last cheating will happen "codedly"?
FreeSpirited:
Guys, When you want to date married women, women who are like 5 to10yrs above in marriage are the most vulnerable to fall into your trap. Many times they crave attention..or are just bored of their husband.
.
It's not gainsay when they say the first 5 to 7 years is the most turbulent in marriage that can break or make a marriage.
.
The story this young woman detailed above is a typical cycle of almost all marriages. The point our OP finds herself, for an average lady, after trying to endure or make things work will just succumb to the pressure of guys out there...and before u say jack..smart bold guys are already pounding her pvssy with all alacrity.. It's natural these days.. especially if you are in the business of chyking/chopping married women. You will know this.
.
It's only a matter of time if nothing is done before this woman starts riding the BBC of a guy who gives her attention and tickle her fancy...Naso e dey start...Nothing new.
.
That's why to me, fidelity in marriage is overrated..cos most times couples have broken their vow long before their significant other realises.
But in her situation, some women will deliberately go out and give in to the advances of their admirer just to kill boredom, depression and feel happy. To hell with marital vows..women do this most times to be Happy. However, the smart ones still find a way to balance home demand by not making it affect the integrity of the marriage...what they do is just flow with the marriage and not stress too much for the attention of their busy husband since he's not ready to be disturbed.
.
In thesame vein, the busy husband most times is also somewhere cheating with a university or polytechnic slayqueen cos he's also bored of her wife....That's the paradox of marriage.
.
You see... cheating on both sides maintains the marriage and happiness of both party codedly. Argue with me all you care...that's the reality..
Meanwhile, the stupid couples when they start the cheating game, they transfer the bottled anger and aggression on their partner which usually cause breakup......While the coded smart ones maintain their marriage and we keep praising and complimenting their marriage as the best thing that ever happened since Adam and Eve.
May God give us wisdom in all we do.

Your depth of understanding is laudable
fergie001:
Some are hurling insults on the OP without trying to research into what he is saying.

Dec 14, the electors will vote.

Some States do not make it compulsory for their electors to vote along the path of individual(s) that won the State.

A commanding lead above 300 electoral college votes is sure to favour the winner though.

In 2016, Democrats still called for the electors to vote Clinton which didn't work nonetheless Trump having over 300.

Two of the faithless electors who represented States Trump won didn't vote him and five of Clinton's didn't vote her.

Nonetheless, The tide is with Biden.
Foreign Affairs / Is Joe Biden The President Elect Yet? by AyoolaIgwe(m): 11:00am On Nov 08, 2020
Happy Sunday everyone. I'll like to make this quick. In doing justice to the question captured in the topic of this thread I'll like to State categorically that Joe Biden is yet to be confirmed as the 46th President-elect of the United States.

What Joe Biden has succeeded in winning is the popular votes. Unfortunately, major media outlets in America and elsewhere are misleading the public. Let's not forget that in 2016, Hillary Clinton won the popular votes just the way Biden has done but failed to get a minimum of 270 votes of the electoral college to win the election.

Distinguished Ladies & Gentlemen, 14th December, 2020 is the day set aside for the presidential electors making up the electoral college to cast their votes to decide America's 46th President. Legally, Joe Biden is not yet the President-elect until 14th December.

I wish the major contenders, Biden & Trump the very best.
Politics / Igp Orders The Withdrawal Of Police Escort Attached To Oyakhilome, Ffk, Others by AyoolaIgwe(m): 5:48am On Nov 08, 2020
The police escorts attached to Pastor Chris Oyakhilome’s church, Christ Embassy, former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode, top businessman, Emeka Offor, Sen. Magnus Abe, and Hon. Abiola Shina Peller, have been withdrawn on the orders of the Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Adamu.

The directive from the IGP equally affected some corporate bodies like the Think Nigeria First Initiative, Uche Sylva International, Stanel Groups, KYC Holding, Sheiks and Bishops and many others.

Also on the list are top politicians in the country including Sen. Lado Yakubu, Amb. Yuguda Bashir, Hon. Uche Chukwu, Sen. Boroffice Ajayi, Hon Mutiu Nicholas, Sen. Tokunbo Afikuyomi, Edozie Madu, David Adesanya, Hon. Chris Giwa, Chief Godwin Ekpo and Chief Pius Akinyelure.

The move came after Adamu had insisted that police escorts attached to VIPs in the country would be withdrawn in sweeping changes as part of the reforms Nigerian youth were clamoring for during the #EndSARS protest in October.

A statement signed by the Principal Staff Officer to the IGP, DCP Idowu Owohunwa, reads in part:

“The attention of the IGP has been drawn to the fact that the police personnel attached to the corporate bodies and personalities are yet to be withdrawn in spite of extant directives to that effect.”

The letter tagged CB: 4001/IGP.SEC/ABJ/VOL.116/32 and sent out to all Commissioners of Police in the 36 states and the FCT, said it was directed, in line with the subsisting order, that the CPs and commanders “withdraw all the PMF, SPU, CTU, or conventional police operations attached to the affected companies or individuals in any of their locations across the country with immediate effect.”

Former Presidential candidate under the All Progressives Congress, APC in the 2019 general elections, Adamu Garba has reacted to tweet by @BNONews concerning a dead lawmaker David Andahl who has been elected to the North Dakota House of Representatives.

@BNONews tweeted:

Mr. Adamu Garba reacted as he tweeted:

Adamu Garba, that late lawmaker was already on the ballot before he kicked the bucket. No fraud perpetuated. There is a precedence. On November 29, 1872, after the popular vote was counted, but before the Electoral College cast its votes, Greeley died. It was the personal decision of the electors as result not to vote for a dead person.

Tetehjewels:

These are the words of the CJN himself when he gave absolute powers to the CCT when it comes to issues on false asset declaration at a ruling.

Speaking here, he was interpreting the powers conferred on the CCT by our constitution and this was in 2013.

He never envisaged that one day he would fall victim to his own ruling.

Read and stop wailing ignorantly

Buhari acted within the boundaries of the law
I'll refer you to the whole of Section 292 of the CFRN As Amended. It settles the matter.
Secondly, the case of FRN vs Ngajiwa.

Tetehjewels:

The head of the NJC is the same CJN and he has gone ahead to suspend the meeting of the NJC indefinitely in order to prevent his removal.

He cannot be judge and jury in his own case especially after he has admitted in writing to the "crime of omission" regarding the declaration of his assets.

Is ignorance a defence in law?
It's not in the place of the executive to usurp the powers of NJC. Besides, the FHC & NIC imposed an interim injunction on Umar Danladi and CCT to stay action. But no, superior courts of law won't be obeyed by Danladi.
Politics / Re: Does The President Have The Constitutional Power To Suspend The Chief Justice? by AyoolaIgwe(m): 10:49pm On Jan 25, 2019
Tetehjewels:

The constitution does not place any limitation on the President when it comes to a suspension but only in the case of a removal.

The constitution is an authority in that regard and not when it comes to a suspension. Besides when such silence in terms of suspension is observed, the constitution also recognized this and said REMOVAL OR SUSPENSION. This can be found in the interpretation of the laws and acts of Nigeria 1990
I don't agree with you. You're merely playing upon words. The constitution doesn't recognize "suspension" it speaks only of "removal" of a judicial officer after such a person has been processed first by NJC and then 2/3 of the senators.

Modified:

Someone said, A suspension is not a removal. Under law those are two different things.

He is still the CJN but on suspension. While an Interim CJN would take his place pending the outcome of his case at CCT.

Case closed. Let me take a bow
1. A subsisting FHC order had restrained the CCT from sitting on the matter.
2. A legal axiom states that, "the express mention of one is to the exclusion of all others." The CJN can't be suspended na. The constitution recognizes an outright removal to the exclusion of a suspension.
