Sorry for derailing the thread. Is this ^ an advert or promo? Your thoughts are huge that you're afraid to think? Your name is supposed to be number 1 on the list then. wink Just kidding.

At thread,

Philip is a genius. He is the father of the Internet.

Really, there is something about Nigerians doing very well in America. What could be responsible Mr OP? Use that great mind/multi-talented self of yours to find answers to my question. wink

Humans are made in their essential capacities to cherish "the good" and detest evil.

Conditions, circumstances and conditioning could make you feel unpleasant cos u're doing whats right and being taken for granted/cheated upon.

Once deep down in your heart, you have peace, then nothing should take the place of your joy not even the glory of evil-doers.

Do your best and separate distractions from your destiny.

BUT DONT BECOME A MUMU! KNOW YOUR LIMITS

thelastPope: Thank you very much for the question.

First and foremost, I believe! I am a believer in the future and by believing, I give hope and strength, not despair and gloom. I am sensible enough to know how bad things are but willing to contribute any and every way I can to make it work.

I contribute everyday to society by joining different facets of my community to work towards their betterment. I sensitize people to their rights and sometimes spend my money and time to see them make progress.
Do you tell them they have the right to social amenities too? Like electricty ? Cos you're not doing that here.
I criticize but I don't pull down. I join and engage government at different fora to show them what they are doing wrong and how they must do it right.

I pay my taxes. I participate to clean my community.
So does everyone here. Therefore dont criticise any taxpayer cos its their right to demand for good infrastructures.

As we speak, I am working on initiatives that will help the country move foward including projects that will help in tracking the works and progress of government at different levels. I won't reveal my projects for now, but you will see them soon, I promise, and you will love them, if you have stopped being a saboteur by then.
Just listen to the gibberish you spewed here.

I do not like some, abandon my country to go and live in a foreign land. Even when I travel out of this great country, I keep looking around to see what I can learn and bring back home. I do not sit on the couch like a couch potato(like a so called junkie), and type crap from a 24 dollar internet plan just because it is convenient. I have chosen the hard path because I know it is the path with a great story at the end
Which hard path? *hisses*

I know the challenges are much and we have a generation of terrible politicians to deal with, but I also know nothing lasts forever and am willing to fight and scratch if need be to get to the Nigeria of my dream.

I love naija I no go lie, na inside am I go live forever!

GOD BLESS NIGERIA!
AMEN.

You just mesmerized with your keyboard because all you wrote is not different from what typical Nigerians do.

NOTE: I'm not against GEJ at all. But when people air their views, dont totally castigate them.

Stop being ignorant and educate yourself. What do you contribute to Nigeria? Nothing! That's right except post crap on NL. Why do you expect to reap from a country that you don't sow into? Why? If you give to your country, then you deserve to get back. If you don't give but instead try to sabotage your country, you deserve nothing back. Its that simple. STOP SABOTAGING NIGERIA!

rightlagos: @Dukellan,yepdvolume.That is d best indicator. with huge volume, u know u are moving wit d wave not against it. I think we need 2 get d best indicator 4 mesuring d volume of d market. This is how pros are distinguished from newbies. newbies enter and exit anytime by using indicators or other tools. But wise traders watch when others enter and exit d mkt. The wise way to trade is trading on traders' sentiment. @ Ayo, I don't think d volume on MT4 is reliable. It is deceitful & lacks direction.
I dont think there is any difference in what I and Dukellan said. Duke just used the technical term "volume" (rush) which skipped my mind. Look at the USDCAD 1hr chart and u'd understand what I said. A reversal candle (inverted hammer) showed-up before things changed.

Most of my friends here know I'm not a fan of MT4. But I do trade with it anyways.

rightlagos: tnx my brother. d issue of volatility is a very important one. D week that I discovered d strategy, there was a friday that I placed 2 trades by strictly following d strategy but I lost. Then I tried 2 discover d reason 4 d loss. But @ 3 pm d same day, i placed 2 trades & within seconds, they were positive. This made me start 2 search 4 d reason. I later realised that it was d consumer confidence report that was released @ 3 pm that moved d mkt. But let me ask d house : HOW DO U MEASURE LIQUIDITY IN D MKT; HOW DO U KNOW IF D BIG BOYS HAVE ENTERED D MKT? so that u enter & exit d mkt ( like a driver gently following d convoy of d president during traffic)
This is how I know:

1)I look at the current candle

2)I look at the previous candle too.

3)If the previous candle indicates a reversal like the hammer, engulfing pattern, inverted hammer, doji and so on.

4)Then, if the current candle is in a rush (either up or down), then I plug in to the trend if it favours me or exit if its otherwise.

lurkee: I am not dancing around neither am I confused. I already said what I believe in the first post. I do not believe in having multiple boyfriends and the same applies to my boyfriend. I refuse to date multiple people or ask guys for money to help in my day to day life.

My point is that I found it funny that guys were abusing the girls and calling them names when in my opinion they are doing what works for them. I will not advise my daughters to keep multiple boyfriends but I cannot condemn the girls in the video. As long as the girls do not have sex with all these men, they should have their fun. I am sure they will settle down when they get to the real world. Shikena.

I am a Libra. I rarely have 100% judgement on any situation. I see and understand both sides of the coin. cool cool cool

gorociano: Waoh! Are you guys Nigerians?! I thought they said we don't read!

I've read some of the ones you guys have recommended and will try and get the others.

My own recommendation is two: first is Revolutionary Wealth by Alvin Toffler. Absolutely fantastic book that talks about the wealth of the future, how it's going to be created and who is most probably going to create it. It's a powerful book that changes one's content and context of viewing the world. Toffler's other books [Powershift, Third Wave, Future Shock] are also powerful...google them.
The second is Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand . I know it's a novel but I think it's a philosophical book masquerading as one. Absolutely powerful book that gives a philosophical backing to capitalism.
Read.

Said to be the most influential book in the world after the Bible. She try small sha.

Its not new.

Foreigners have always said Nigeria is the most blessed country in the world. (Thats why you see them migrating in flocks into this country)

Do our leaders have the same view? NO. (Thats why they spend bogus amount on allowances and rip-off her fortune making youths incapacitated. They cant even make sacrifices.)

Do Nigerians believe in Nigeria? NO. (Thats why an average Nigerian would look for every channel to leave the country)

How can a country that has natural gas, petroleum, tin, iron ore, coal, limestone, niobium, lead, zinc, bitumen, aluminium, cocoa, cassava, oil palm, rice, fish, sugar cane, maize, sorghum, groundnut, rubber, timber, cotton, arable land and good weather, not be the next economic giant?

Infact we have everything to dominate the whole world!!!

And until we ALL believe and tap into the potential that lies therein, Nigeria would be on economic decline.

God bless Nigeria.

It means sentiments are fading away and nothing is driving it. I heard one refinery is on fire in Venezuela. Can you imagine? Even with that Oil no rise. So na jeje market be this days.

Pro, I thought you bought Oil after you asked if I'm really sure it was gonna be bullish around 1AM.

If you took that trade, you would have closed since morning. Well, I think Oil is way too low to rise again today only if you wanna go long-term.
