BUS Oooo..
Guy, stop this. It's getting too much. Are you trying to compare Anambra state with Lagos?

What is the allocation and revenue generation strength of Anambra? Federal government excessively empowered Lagos to be what it is today. The only state that is a little bit close to its wealth is Rivers State.

Politics / Re: Pressure Mounts On Tinubu To Back Osinbajo For 2023 Presidency by B2mario(m): 6:05pm On Sep 28, 2020
kimjongJezebel:
Osinbajo that has been lying and defending Buhari's catastrophic regime more than anyone else? All these propaganda won't take anyone anywhere. Since 1999, Obasanjo from SW has ruled for 8 years and Osibanjo is now on his 2nd term as VP also from the SW while we Niger Delta only has a single term and nothing for SE yet some SW people still want to rule in 2023?

It's either Niger Delta complete their terms in 2023, SE is given the chance or else North go rule tire be that nah

I tire for Nigeria and Nigerians. Where is the love and the spirit of one Nigeria.

Since I was born till now that I'm heading to my 40, I've never seen a president of Igbo extraction and someone is forcing me to love and believe in a country that hate and has been frustrating my people.

In 1999 they promised us 2003 and that was why my people abandoned Ekwueme project and supported Obasanjo so as to get Yoruba support enmass when it will reach our turn, in 2003 they promised us 2007 that we should support Obasanjo and allow him to complete two tenures and hand over to an Igbo and most of our politicians campaigned against Ojukwu of Apga saying that any vote to Ojukwu is wasted and a betrayal to Igbo project 2007 that we can not play the game alone we need the support of other Nigerians from other zones and we voted Obasanjo enmass leaving our son and selfless leader. In 2007, they told us that the initial arrangement was that power will be rotated North and south not West, East and North that we should exercise patient and support Yar'adua and wait till 2015. And we voted Yar'adua enmass leaving our two sons Ojukwu and Orji Uzor kalu.

All of a sudden, Yar'adua died and Goodluck from southsouth took over, and 2011 when he seek for re-election, we did not only supported him but we see him as one of our son. And in 2015, we supported him because we think it is his constructional right to complete two tenures as Obasanjo did and it is totally wrong for you to leave someone who is trying his best to fix the country and support another person who you have tested in 1985 and suffered brutality in his hands.

And in that 2015, both Buhari and Atiku promised to hand over to an Igbo person. But the tune has changed to the extent that some uninformed and uneducated self claimed politicians will wake up and go to the media and be shouting that Igbos have never worked for the seat, that they have never worked together with other zones to actualize their ambition. But the questions are:
- is Obasanjo from southeast? Even his people rejected him and went for chief Falae but my people voted him enmass
- is Yar'adua from southeast? Even his people from the north rejected him on the condition of health issue and supported Buhari but my people and southsouth voted him enmass.
- is Goodluck Jonathan from southeast? we voted for him to the extent that none of our prominent politician contested so as to allow him get block votes from the southeast.
- is Atiku Abubakar from southeast? We gave him block vote despite the fact that there were low turnout. And the reason was because of these promises and not fulfilling coupled with Biafran agitation, every Igbo man was like is Atiku going to be different from others?

It is Nigeria that makes Igbos to lose hope from the country and Yorubas are being used as catalyst, why should they be vying again when they know that they have ruled ruled since the return of democracy in 1999. Some of their elders had cautioned Tinubu to drop his 2023 so as to allow an Igbo man to rule but it seems that he did not take it.

It is now clear to us that there was an agreement reached between the Hausas and Yorubas as rumored, "Never Allow Igbo Rule Again (NAIRA)". Then how do you want us to believe in this country. After 2023, I will destroy my PVC and will not vote again. I can't be supporting people while they can't support me. Banza!

Is like Nigeria is playing with the intelligence of the most intelligent people. For those that were not born before 1999, please browse election results of Nigerian elections from 1999 to 2019 and confirm everything I've written here. The saying that Igbos have never supported or worked with other regions is quite laughable.

Supporting Buhari should not be used as the basis of judging, we supported Goodluck Jonathan and knew it too well that he was going to hand over to a northerner possibly, Atiku. We benefited in his government in terms of appointment likewise the Yorubas benefited in Buhari government and has become the richest zone in Nigeria according to 2019 bureau of statistics.

Today no Hausa or Yoruba is singing of zoning because they've all benefited from it. It was zoning that brought Obasanjo, it was zoning that brought Yar'adua, Goodluck Jonathan entered there by luck, it was zoning that brought Buhari and it was zoning that made PDP to make Atiku Abubakar their flagbearer the last election.

Ugbelle is older Community than Orlu itself, according to age-old gradings of Communities in Orlu area.
Next time, don’t go into matters you know nothing or little about.

To clarify, if you leave Orlu going to Akokwa through the dual carriage road you show here and there online, going downhill towards Ideato, after about 2kms, you meet Ugbelle Community in Orlu LGA.

After about 4kms or so, you get to the roundabout at Ideato South LGA, then leave the dual carriage road at the first exit at the roundabout, you then start to approach Ogboko in Ideato South LGA where Eastern Palm University is located.

Look at an imposter telling me about my home.

Una eye go clear if Rochas becomes president,,he will tell una that he is building Abuja to international standard, but abandons Owerri and other major Nigerian cities to rot.

This last paragraph has shown the reason why you've always attack Rochas and discredit most of his good projects on social media, just because of his presidential aspiration. "Tinubu paid agent". Oga, I don't have time for political campaigns, I've grown beyond that. I'm saying the truth the way it is with picture evidence. I'm not doing any campaign for Rochas or your Tinubu.

Prove to me here, if the pictures and video I posted here are not true. You've now proven that the main reason of your attack on Rochas is because of his presidential aspiration. What concerns Nigerians with how he did his work in Owerri and Orlu. The most important thing that matters is how was life in Imo state during his regime?

- He gave free education to all levels to Imo indigenes
- He created 20,000 jobs + 3,000 jobs (which were sacked by Ihedioha i.e only 3,000) through his imo youth must work policy
- He created an amnesty program to reduce crime in the oil rich zone of the state
- He built houses for widows in all the 27 LGAs of the state
- He created many roads
- He established 10 new higher institutions
- He built 27 general hospitals and 4 specialist hospitals
- He built Imo international cargo airport
- He built a state of art federal high court
- He built a state of art federal prison
- He built a state of art police headquarters in Owerri
- He built Imo international conference center (ICC)
- He built a state of art Imo investment center
- He renovated Imo state Secretariats as shown in one of the pictures
- He built new government house
- He built the only ecumenical center in the whole of eastern region
- He built traditional rulers' Secretariat which hosted Nigerian traditional rulers in 2018
- He built freedom square and hero square with a hall of fame
- He built several 10 lane roads in Owerri and 4 lane roads in Orlu
- He built Bongo apartments and Akachi apartments
- He built state of art community markets in various communities of imo state
- He dualized Owerri to Orlu road as shown in one of the pictures
- He dualized the federal road from Orlu to Akokwa, a boundary town between Imo and Anambra state
- He started the Owerri to Aba express road before it was taken over by the federal government
- built many bridges linking communities
- He built two stadia in Orlu and Okigwe
- He built two tunnels and two flyovers
- He built skill acquisition centers in several LGAs of the state
- He gave out free taxis and buses to imo indigenes
- He gave free school uniforms and writing materials to Imo pupils, very too many to mention.

He still remain the best in Imo state leave media blackmail. Rochas is a philanthropist and he extended his hand of charity to Imolites. Prove that everything I said here is not true let me give you picture and video evidence right away.

Right inside you, you know that Rochas did every well but you won't accept because you are working for your paid masters who see Rochas as a threat to the political ambition. I'm not talking of politics or presidential aspiration here, I just want to debunk the lies that have been flying on air. I can't be having headache over another man's ambition, Rochas does not know me and will not care to know me so continue with your media political campaign. I don't care

Umahi is doing well today and he is free of any media blackmail because he has no presidential ambition but as soon as he declares that, most of you that are praising him today, using his work to compare that of Rochas will still turn against him.

But one thing you failed to know is that life is being ruled by destiny, what will be will be. If Tinubu is destined to be the president nothing can stop him so stop tarnishing someone's image just because of his ambition.

FYI, this Eastern Palm University is in Ideato South LGA, nearly halfway between Okigwe and Orlu, but not in Orlu.

If you you continue to say the untruth that Eastern Palm University is in Orlu, the people of Owerri will always want Eastern Palm University to continue to be idle and possibly decay, because Owerri tells the half truth that IMSUTH in Orlu which is not a university is Orlu’s share of IMSU, and that main IMSU remains a share of Owerri, despite that Owerri hosts FUTO, AIFCE - a quasi university, PolyNekede, FERCOLAT, and Imopoly nearest Owerri. People of Owerri therefore say that Eastern Palm University can rot.

Nobody would believe that Hope Uzodinma would position enmity with Okorocha in front, therefore he has said nothing about Eastern Palm University since he came to office as governor.
Okorocha has never contested the recommendations of the Ihedioha government committee to use Eastern Palm University as campus of IMSU. The ball about Eastern Palm University is now at the court of Hope Uzodinma.
Oga carry your madness and leave here, when do Ogboko and Ideato south cease to be part of Orlu?

Your statement here is like telling an Annang man that Essien-Udim is not part of Ikot-Ekpene or telling an Ngwa man that Osisioma, Ugwunagbor and Obingwa is not Aba.

Oga, go and check yourself properly. The university was built in Ogboko as part orlu share.

B2mario & others who write there and here that Eastern Palm University is in Orlu, take note:

People of Owerri therefore say that Eastern Palm University can rot. Owerri gave the fight against Okorocha government which made it use style of Private/IMSG on Eastern Palm University. But Okorocha later registered Eastern Palm University as Imo state government university - never Private/Government university.
Adams Oshiomwole did similar thing in Edo state, but today, Edo University built by Oshiomwole is a full Edo state government university.

One section of Imo state believe that everything good in the state must be located in its zone.

Nobody would believe that Hope Uzodinma would position enmity between him and Okorocha in front, therefore, he has said nothing about Eastern Palm University since he came to office as governor.
Okorocha has never contested the recommendations of the Ihedioha government committee to use Eastern Palm University as campus of IMSU. The ball about Eastern Palm University is now at the court of Hope Uzodinma.

Oga please stop this your madness, which zone is Ideato south? And what is the distance between Ogboko and Orlu city?

Are you not the one always shouting here that Owerri people convinced Rochas to abandon Imo university site in Orlu? You have been lamenting here that Imo state government should make use of the facility in Ogboko as a campus of Imo state University so as to attract more development to Orlu, now you are trying to say that Ogboko and Ideato south is not Orlu. Guy, it's now clear that you are an agent paid to destabilize Imo state government. You speak from the both sides of your mouth.

And on serious note, new universities are cited at outskirts of towns so as to attract development to the area and expand the size of the town. Immediately you leave Orlu and enter Ideato south the first community you will get is Ogboko. And the new University still bear Orlu address.

I'm yet to understand your motive here.

You are very right my dear.
He is not right in anyway. Rochas did his best in Imo state considering the resources that was available to him. The the Ebonyi state he used as reference what is the level of her recurrent expenditure compared to imo state, was there any free education to all levels in Ebonyi state, what is the size of Abakiliki compared to Owerri, did Umahi construct 10 higher institutions as constructed by Rochas? What is the status of community/village markets in Ebonyi state compared to Imo state? How many roads does Umahi expand to 10-lanes compared to what Rochas did? How many conference centers, stadia, event squares, federal high court, and skill acquisition centers did Umahi builld in Ebonyi?

Orlu has been neglected by previous governments of imo state except Udenwa, but Rochas did his little best by dualising all the major roads in Orlu town, built new markets and plazas. He also built 5 new higher institutions in and around Orlu city.

Just watch the hand of Rochas in the below video. 80%of the roads in the video were constructed by Rochas, all the 10 lane roads. This video was taken in 2020, despite the neglect and the destruction of Rochas' projects by the immediate past governor Owerri still look good.

I will post the pictures of higher institutions he built in Orlu.

I also pointed out to him and that bigoted clown ilaumoh that the dancers are Efik Calabar dancers, the foods are Efik Calabar foods and his surname "Ekpe" is Efik name,Akwa people are a burden , among other facts . I also pointed out that some of the pics he posted as Ikot ekpene are Uyo. Cannibalism has been part of annang culture whether it's openly practiced today or not. these are verifiable facts and he's yapping about nonsense and can't disprove facts.
He doesn't even live in the Ibeno or ikot ekpene or akwa ibom , just random google pics and create stupid threads. What is road and building ? He's trying to use reverse psychology on me . why would I hate akwa ibom for having roads and building ? Calabar has plans to build and be developed. there's some little private developments also going on in Calabar ,just not as loud as the akwa media propaganda with village mentality. SMH

Brother, I really understood you but just take it easy. I've leaved in Akwa ibom before and know their way of life which is most times irritating. You and I know that they don't have welcoming spirit and see every stranger as people who have come to cheat them. They are hard on strangers and equally very hard to handle except few young men and women who are exposed and their elderly men and women.

But there's no need of comparing two sister states here. Rossikk might have made mistake and you correcting him is not bad. But my stand is, let's celebrate the progress Akwa ibom has achieved so far. As at early 90's nobody expected this good to come out of Akwa ibom, then people were celebrating your cross river state (Calabar) and few other cities like Portharcourt and Enugu.

Akwa ibom today serves as source of encouragement to me that in life, no condition is permanent, tomorrow might be your turn. And on serious note, Calabar is still one of the best even till tomorrow, so calm your anger and overlook any stone threw on you. It has been some people's way to insult or compare their shoes with others whenever they are celebrating their success.
