Niger Delta is feasible and Biafra is very feasible but referendum should be conducted first. Abia state is calm a little because the Ngwa peeps that make up the majority of the state isn't too much into Ipob and the herdsmen issue isn't as bad as other places.Aba is heavily built up,it won't be easy for this UGM to operate without civilian casualties.
