When will they start building underground drainage system for our cities and emerging cities especially in the south (i.e southeast, southsouth and southwest)?
This is the major reason why most of our roads don't last long due to constant rainfall and poor drainage system. |

Awol1: Don't mind hypocrites.
After the bombshell from Mailafia, they are now scampering to save face so the Nigerians will stop digging further deep.
This people like to play pim pom with our brain.
But we are watching with the eyes of an eagle. I concur, but still waiting for Mailafia to tell us the governor and his state. |

AmericanQuarter: It is located at Umueri. The airport is located strategically between Awka and Onitsha. It is almost 50-50 between the two cities, but it may be a little closer to Onitsha like 20mins and about 25mins to Awka.
Another good thing about the airport is that the location is at the center of Anambra generally. Can we see the picture of the location or better still a sitellite map. |

sanctity454: A proposed recreation park, courtesy of imsg. Personally I don't like the concept, quite uninspiring Anything development is welcome bro. We need more things beyond road construction. And since Uzodimma started work nothing like 8lane roads, all I can see is the conventional double lanes and single lanes. Where are we heading to? There should be improvement not going back to initial level. And Orlu and Okigwe need more dual carriage roads not just the few ones Rochas constructed. The two towns need new locations plan by government and allow private individuals to venture in as was done in new Owerri. And by now Owerri should be getting more new planned towns not just new Owerri. The diasporan city should equally be given attention and completed. May God bless Imo state the more. |

eduj: what ABA needs is relocation of it's major markets to saner areas and beautification. As for bad roads the are not as numerous as before-but work still need be done on the major roads in the city I concur with you. I heard that the medical zone of Ariaria international market is making plans to relocate to another site. At least this will reduce traffic the Ariaria axis. |

Freshfish4: I'm not surprised at all, the two reasonable jobs in imo state are government jobs and banks. And now with the increasing number of hotels and bars, hotels jobs are mostly for undergraduates. Since Achike Udenwa to this present supreme court governor, non has created jobs in the state. Their highest job creation is giving out cars for cab on hire purchase to youths. Nevertheless, Owerri is still the best place to groove. What of the 20,000 jobs Rochas created which Ihedioha sacked 3,000 out of it? |

OreMI22: Bros, You are totally missing the point if you think there is any type of lie you will tell without concrete evidence and pictures that will deceive anyone about Abia.
Keep deluding yourself that you can tell some lies and somehow deceive people into believing what does not exist. Even snapping google earth pictures of different locations and passing them as the same location in Abia is a no brainer.
Mind you, i am from Arochukwu. So don't think i'm saying this because i don't love my state. I just know there is a limit to fooling people and you can't merely talk your way out by lying about things. Keep deceiving yourself thinking that you are deceiving anyone. Abia is better than many states in Nigeria. Where and where have you been to? Nigeria is a shithole but Abia with few other states are ok. |

Yampotatocarrot: My brother, I left Imo state few days back, THERE IS POVERTY IN THE LAND
I don't know what could be causing it, but I found out most people in areas I visited are suffering more now than before. Many of the youths in rural areas are now moving towards yahoo. Funny enough, they don't even know how it operates.
The roads are terrible in all the local governments along Umuahia road. Seems Emekuku has the worst of bad roads. The road leading from Eke Emekuku down to Orji (I believe) is one of the worst roads I ever travelled... All the way to Deffany homes and beyond
Mehn, "Local man cannot can"... The markets are filled with dirts and filth, no drainage system AT ALL. Majority of the local governments in Mbaise don't have light not to talk of network. Our people are suffering
Please, note that I didn't enter Orlu, Okigwe or Owerri town, so the story might be different in these areas Liar, how's your own state and local government? |
