Romance / Re: Why Do I Get Tired Of Relationship? by b5ive(m): 5:46pm On Feb 09, 2022
From my POV, relationship isnt your thing else you would cherish every true relationship you build.

I'll advice you focus on something else( career, business, studies) for a while, try your best not getting into any relationship for now cos obviously u've been hurting this ladies who tends to love/like you. Give yourself some time outside relationship, at a point when u see the need for one then u can put in all necessary efforts. Stay blessed.

Owning wealth is something, but when your family friends, neighbours and wellwishers benefits from your wealth, then thats REAL wealth. The easterners are known for such kind gestures.

In my humble opinion, the Igbo apprenticeship has produced more millionaires than all university combined in Nigeria.

Why not imprison n jail politicians who breach asset declaration acts. Its common amongst politicians who amass so much wealth overnight after leaving office. This is an act of "misplaced priorities" in my humble opinion.

Great. But this project should be sited at a major oil producing state like Imo state with the likes of shell anoh gas project not at Lagos. He should source for his oil from the 30 liters of oil Lagos produce. SMH for NIGERIA
Obviously you still need a lot of enlightenment, geographical location isnt an impediment when it comes to crude oil. I assume you already know this but your ethnic bigotry will not allow you face and accept reality and what dividends it holds. Liberate your mind my brother.

Software engineering in 6months, its not achievable if i must say. U need skills like programming, ethical hacking, networking etc combined b4 u can be called a software engineer, acquiring this skills will take u at least 2/3 years. Learning gradually on your own is your best bet, then have an IT mentor n keep practicing. With time and consistency u will catch up.

Once upon a time in the land of abagana, there rose a skilled and energetic man known as Okafor.

So skillful was he in tilling the land and harvesting her produce that the queen took interest in farming. She relegated her routine bead making/housekeeping chores to palace maidens and acquired as many fertile lands as she could to the chagrin of the king and elders in council.

Okafor was hired to clear the bushes and prepare her majesty’s land for the coming planting season. This the young man did passionately and skillfully that the queen was well pleased with him.

She became fond of Okafor and afterwards gave him unrestricted access to her farm.

“The farm between this two palm trees is now yours to till and harvest.” said the queen.

“I love the way you cleared the bushes, ferociously dug in and out the soil, and watered the surroundings “ she continued . . .

Travel / Re: Nigerians In USA, Do You Save More Than N15 Million Yearly? by b5ive(m): 8:12am On Mar 08, 2021
Very informative, nice one
Depends what you do in America. If you work for somebody or company, I don't care if you are a doctor, engineer or lawyer, or mere warehouse worker, your income will be limited by tax even if you live frugally because you have no control of your taxes and you will shed almost 50% in taxes if you make more across taxes (federal, state, property and estate). Lets say you make $150k, government collect almost $75k in taxes across. You are left with $75k, after your house, car, emergency and personal expenses, you re left with $10-20k in the bank every yr. You can live a comfortable life but you will never be wealthy!

Now, if you own your own business, not mom and pop kiosk, I mean real business over $500k in revenue, you will have more control of your taxes. Once you understand how America works, which most Nigerians or black immigrants never understand anyways...just living the American dream blindly( big house and nice cars) and fatally in debt, you will know that America rewards business owners and entrepreneurs. Most Asian immigrants understand this which is why they own their own business and don't work for people!

Any Nigerian you know that is very very wealthy in America, has his/her own big business. These are not small boys and girls, they have over 5 employees (that's over $200k/90million in payroll a year assuming $45k each employee a yr), business location cost $500k-$5million. They rarely pay taxes because their business give them that advantage. Go and read why and how the rich in America pay zero to no taxes...actually government doesn't want you to if you create job, invest or an entrepreneur!

Did u notice the jar leading to the 4th glass is bigger, glass2 will get filled b4 glass 4 definitely.
Believer013:

I don't agree with this solution.

Glass 4 will fill first.

Reason, the conduit going to it is at the lowest, hence more pressure at that point to drive the fluid to glass 4.

B4 u start making money from programming, first you have to develop your passion for the art. For instance when u encounter bugs in your codes n struggle to debug, only your passion will fuel your enthusiasm to forge on. My two cents.
