truefact: I said what is still holding you...seeing how progressive you are? To me, it is act of foolishness and cowardice that you are yet to start seceding You prepare before doing somthing of that magnitude. Its not somthing that's done overnight based on sentiment and emotions. The last time the SE tried it without preparation, you know its result. You guys just shout Biafa in the media but you truly aren't united. We're already making in-house plans to link our cities by rail, guys like you are still listening to hate broadcasts about your percieved enemies. |

truefact: .why are yorubas afraid of being their own? Yorubas claim to be progressive and sophisticated, they claim to love each other, yet they coward enough not want to be on their own and have the most wonderful country in Africa.. Yorubas if you are all the goodies you claim to be, I bet you will be the one fighting for secession
Yoruba learn to stand on your own after all you could have been the first Africans to have independence. ..you claim to be first in every thing. ...at least you can be the first to secede and have a progressive country We're already integrating our region politically and economically. We're building the foundation to an independent region / Country should Nigeria break up and we're doing it without spreading hate messages via radio/media or insulting people online. We're more prepared than the SE to emerge as a nation. |

Its quite annoying when you realize we have lots of individuals that have stolen enough money from this country's coffers to single handedly finance projects like this.
Now imagine if they never stole that money but used it judiciously to develop cities round the Country...............
We won't be where we are. |

Some people have to go to jail for the current situation this country is.
GEJ and his goons should be probed once they're out of power since they have nothing sensible to say concerning how they ran the Nation aground.
All those defending GEJ most likely don't have light and they've bought fuel at an exorbitant price.........how ironic. |

The "Sabotage" PDP did on themselves and Nigerians is what led to their defeat.
APC simply capitalized on it.
PDP is still sabotaging themselves further as we speak.

denko: What u are seeing in lagos is a media hype Are you ready for indepth comparism of Lagos State and FG debt status?? Rhetorics won't educate anyone. Let's start. Answer this question: "How much is Lagos State's debt and How much is FG's"?? |

I've noticed TANoids only produce surface arguements without indepth analysis.
"I'm owing N500,000...........He's owing N500,000,000,000"......By their logic, its the same thing to them. |
Politics › Re: Osibanjo Is Inheriting Debt From FG But Ambode Is Not Inheriting Debt Frm Fash by ba7man(m): 12:30pm On May 21, 2015 |
The question should be: (1) How much debt does Lagos have compared to the FG?? (2) What did Lagos do with the monies borrowed compared to the FG?? $60 Billion .................can you compare that to Lagos state's debt?? And we all know Lagos State is currently a rare Nigerian economic success due to its borrowing and has structures on ground to finance its debt. Can we say the same about the FG's debt?? |

JoeCutie: Now, you're talking.
And for that civilization of all parts of the country to be achieved, some of these industries should be relocated from Lagos to other parts of the country. We've not yet achieved that total civilization in Lagos and it's more than full to capacity already. Have you thought of how crowdy, annoying and uncomfortable Lagos would be let's say 15 - 20 years from now if nothing is done about it? I don't even want to think about it.
Our Government should do something about Lagos now before it's totally out of control. They should decentralize the business in Lagos. Everything must not be in Lagos! I seriously want Lagos decongested. Its getting ridiculous. But people like Asari and other millitants that blow up investments and kidnap workers if they don't pay them make the ND unattractive to any sane investor. As long as these are your representatives, its only millitancy and oil bunkering that will be attracted to the ND region. |
