Hey c'mon, it can't immediately b all milk and honey immediately. Its a gradual process to perfection and with the right injection of funds and adequate manaagement, it will get better. The begining is always rough but it turns our right in the end if the right attitude and measures are applied.
Politics › Re: Kano: “we Have Lost 38 Igbos In 2 Months” – Ohaneze by ba7man(m): 7:15am On Jan 26, 2013
Dude STFU

The Yoruba are being killed up north and the northerners are killing you all in your own states as well. This is a problem not happening anywhere else in Nigeria yet una are not f2king ashamed, you still have the audacity to speak. They kill SS, SE, SW, NC, NE, etc up north but they do not dare do the same thing in those people indigenous state excluding SW. You all shouting "they are targeting igbos up north". That is like me saying "they are targeting yoruba down south". How slow can you people get? Yes, asha08 got it right. It is cowardly. Fact!!!!. You don't talk, speak or dare mention the north attacking you people even when they attack in your states. I was on this site when numerous articles about the fulani, hausa, etc fighting and killing yoruba's in their own states, one even happened because of an ashawo, not once did any of you people jump that thread to talk but once it's another tribe, etc una flood it speaking some bs sh1t forgetting the fact that we all know the same exact sh1t is happening to your tribe worse than the community speaking against it. This is why the entire Nigerian community describe una as "talk but no action". Igbos value their people's life that's why they speak on it. If you people are too cowardly to do the same about your set STFU and do not try to lie when other's point your hypocrisy and cowardness!!!

Lastly, I find what yoruba do on this website very disgusting. I am not even going to talk about the tribalism, all I would talk about is the 2 face-ness. Una call yourself the north "acquaintance, ally, buddy, friend, etc". No ethnicity down south are cool with north, at least none (excluding ya'll) try to pretend. They believe Yoruba are their closest ally down south because of your kiss @ss attitude towards them but I just notice that on this forum, anytime their is an article about north atrocity towards any tribe be it those in SE or SS, you people shout, scream and ridicule that ethnicity so they can start attacking and insulting north. Anytime there is an attack against you people, una find a way to drag in Boko Haram, North, into it. On this type of thread, this is not the first time ohaneze has made such claim, the northerners always mention there are more christian northerners and some muslim killed than any ethnicity from south. They always mention this but the yoruba are so keen to shout and talk on their behalf, made yourself their mouthpiece, always trying to turn others against them and make them look like some evil human beings. Yet una pretend that una are their friends/ally. What even caught my attention the most is the thread about SW lies, etc. It made me come back to NL for a sec, it was an interesting thread. I was disgusted that a thread showcasing a lie a SW university did plus the poverty data lie made up by some SW, una tried to turn the attention away from that to northern killing igbos. SMH!!! This is not even a defending the north thing, anybody that knows me can tell you I'm not cool with them, but for a community that try to form political alliance with them, claim to know them, claim to be their friend, you all act like a very pathetic "worse than an enemy" set. For a friend, you act worse than a damn enemy. I used to wonder why ACN, despite their desperate attention to spread out of SW region, no other community excluding Edo wish to accept them. They rather vote PDP even though they hate PDP than ACN. I get it now, una behavior on this forum explains alot. Tufiakwa!!! A snake is a better friend jare.
Your write-up was too long so i didn't bother to finish reading it. Sit down there and keep lying to yourself. They kill u guys in the north and you direct your anger to the west?? The whole Nigeria knows where you you guys get killed. It happend prior to the civil war and it still continues till date. Rather than seek for a way to stop it, you direct your anger to the west and the "Yabatech thread". Talk of misplaced priority.

asha 80: and that is why abdusalam said it would the north 20 years to recover from the quagmire they have put themselves in.
It might take longer than that if their leaders don't stand up against these actions. They are already shooting themselves in the foot.
Politics › Re: Kano: “we Have Lost 38 Igbos In 2 Months” – Ohaneze by ba7man(m): 7:29pm On Jan 25, 2013
omongbatim: And you think Yorubas are not killed in Kano, or that as usual, they choose to keep quiet and swallow their loss like the cowards they are?
Forget it, they do kill yorubas in the North but not on this scale. Its obvious...they deliberately search and kill Igbos. You know it, I know it and everyone knows it too. The question should be "WHY??" And "HOW DO WE STOP IT??".....Not "Yorubas are cowards".
Politics › Re: Kano: “we Have Lost 38 Igbos In 2 Months” – Ohaneze by ba7man(m): 6:01pm On Jan 25, 2013
R.I.P to those that lost their lives. I wonder why some Igbo say Yorubas hate them. This can never happen in the west. Very sad.
Politics › Re: Infrastructural Development In Rural Areas by ba7man(m): 3:28am On Jan 25, 2013
It is not the governments job to provide industries, this is not a communist nation, the government will provide an environment suitable for the people to start up industries and erect their own empires. It is only in countries were people are not free that the government owns the companies.

Nike, Adidas, BMW, Mercedes, Microsoft, Apple, Toyota, Honda, Sony etc, these are some of the largest companies in the world, read their histories, the governments had nothing to do with the formation of anny of them, I repeat, the government provides the environment and NOTHING more.

To put it more clearly, they provide cheap lending rates so people can gain capital, provide electricity, provide pipe borne water and provide good roads to connect these rural areas to the capital but as for full on hospitals and such that has to come as a result of triggered development and not before. Countries are built by their people, not by the government, it is what it means to industrialize, to allow/encourage the people to unleash their full potentials.
That's why i feel a lot of our politicians a daft. Imagine a senario in which a politician decides to set up say a Cocoa plantation/ processing plant in a rural Ondo location with ill gotten wealth ( I don't support lootin the national treasury but just saying..). He can create this chain reaction that will bring about development.....not stashing it away in an underground room like an illitrate or letting it wallow in a foreign account where its use it to finance the country's economy. The money that is supposed to be used to drive the type of low interest lending to promote biznesses and industries has been looted and instead of re-investing it in the country, they hide it away. Dumb people.
Politics › Re: Infrastructural Development In Rural Areas by ba7man(m): 3:03am On Jan 25, 2013
They need to set up localized industries in those rural areas. These industries will bring an influx of workers that will require housing, health care, their children will require schools, markets will expand to meet their diverse needs, they have purchasing power so there's more money in circulation so banks will start springing up around, some indegenes will get employed.....It basically starts a chain reaction that results in growth.

They see us sitting on gold mines not knowing what to do with it....so since it seems as if we don't need it and they do, why not help themselves? They see oportunities and value in Africa that we're blind to, that's why we keep running after them for hand-outs.

murtalaa: This what will kill it. People are not suppose to stand on long journeys.
More coaches and trains will solve that issue.
Politics › Re: Nigeria Railway Generates N500, 000 Per Trip On Minna – Kaduna Route by ba7man(m): 7:31pm On Jan 24, 2013
This makes previous Govts look daft. Sources of generating income scattered all over the country comatose. This is a start, picture what will happen when more trains and coaches are added and Nigerians become fully aware of rail transport.

I really pray they accomplish and maintain this. I normally cross that bridge with my fingers crossed at night at top speed. Following Ikorodu rd is always a safer option ATM.

To be honest....Let's be a little fair on GEJ. At least he's revived the NRC, workin on NEPA, Agriculture and as per corruption, Ibori that used to be one of the most powerful men in Nigeria during Yaradua's tenure got prosecuted under his watch. He's probably punching above his weight by being president but he's making efforts.....He's not as firm as Nigerians require him to be on corruption and terrorism, that's why I'm not keen on him returning 2015.
Fashola is not Fatigued of ideas. His formally smooth media propaganda has hit a brickwall and the man is confused. Here we are talking about an IGR of 30 billion a month when its 40 billion with nothing to show! its funny how ACN the self acclaimed progressives are now gagging their officials, what will happen when they smell Aso Rock? smh
Its funny how this @Mr Globe thinks Fashola runs on propaganda when the evidence of his efforts are all around. Maybe he's so blinded he can't see it. If he see's pics he'll probably say "photoshop" too. @Mr Globe, you are not global in anyway at all.....u shuld call yourself Mr Awka or Mr Aba or Mr wherever u stay in the east.

Just incase you have no idea how dirty the market is, these traders cut fruit peals on the floor everywhere nd people walk over them till they turn into a mashed up paste+water during rainy seasons. I got stained in that same ketu market yesterday. And there's also this smelly running water comin out of the market onto the road everytime. What's with thathuh Lovely move, i don't pity anyone of them.
