If it is only the fans that are still running, it means your engine was very hot at the time you parked the car. It's normal with Honda and Acura cars.
However, you need to look out for overheating.

for the Benz second generation ML350 to be precise, it uses a stick knob like the good old wiper stick, it already designated with instructions on the stick you tap up, down, forward to the corresponding gear you want.

The BMW uses a tap stick just switch it to the desired gear stance by taping backwards or forward and it electronically works

I think Range Rover uses knob instead, you just rotate to the corresponding gear indicator.

There is no much big deal, they just made the gears more electronically inclined and beautify the whole thing, it's more about aesthetics on car design now same way cameras are beginning to replace side view mirrors.

I don't think so. On the contrary it is a good thing to keep the design language of a particular model, this will keep fans of the older models happy. The same way 1976 g wagon has the same shape as a 2015 model. Same way a 1970 range rover still looks like the latest model. You don't need to look at the badge to tell which car it is.

My Honda Civic when on D, D3, R or D2 it will not move. Keep revving then pick. After like 2mins it will not move again just keep revving till I turn off the ignation and on. The process will repeat.

The transmission oil is well gauged so I don't know what the issue is. This just started today.

@OP while all the points you raised are germane, sand types and quality also contribute to it. If you doubt me, check houses in Abuja to confirm what am saying. Hardly can you see a building in Abuja without dampness and yet they observe all those precaustion you mentioned.

While Toyota focus on reliability and efficiency, Mercedes focus on performance, comfort and style. Honda is the a mix of both worlds with a focus on reliability, efficiency, performance, comfort and style. They are not the best in any of the categories but are among the top in majority of the categories.

Oga park and pay does not mean your car gets looked after, it is not security rather just pay for the space you park i n and let me also let you know, not everywhere abroad you pay to park, there are places in London where parking is free, and that's where park and pay originated from.

From what i see there, the affected wall is shared by a bathroom/toilet.

My parents house is facing the same thing, all walls shared by bathrooms have this dampness.

The problem in my view is tile spacing and sealing. Most times the affected is the floor tiles or floor drains.

Imagine the amount of water that goes into a small hole in between tiles. This admits water to underneath the tiles and gets to the walls where capillary action will damp the walls adjoining the bathroom.

Even if you hide the dampeness, you can still smell the dampeness.

1 of the rooms has this unsightly dampness.its upto 10inchies high in some parts of the room..am wracking my brain for a solution..some1 mentioned using tiles ..but methinks it wud look funny...

Please what can go wrong if I suspend
my roofing project after the woods have been put in place.

The wood work has been completed but I don't have the funds to buy roofing sheets till July salary is paid.
This means exposing the wood work to elements of weather for roughly 60 days.

I am not entitled to salary advance and I don't want to borrow for the roofing.

Please advise.

If you have a place to borrow, go ahead and complete your roofing and have rest of mind for roughly 60 days.
