Reptyle: No where in the write-up did the man say that his daughter was in the car with him. What he said was that he had gone to buy rolls of camera films because his daughter just concluded her koranic studies and they (I assume he and his family) planned to celebrate it. I guess the rolls of film were meant to cover the event which may have been planned to hold later. I also assume the sum of money that he was carrying may have been meant to buy other things needed for the celebration.

My question is why exactly is this man's testimony been called to question huh Is it because he went thru hell and lived to tell the story huh Is it because his body or whatever would have been left of it, is not lying amongst the charred bits and pieces of fellow human beings; innocent Nigerians that littered ground zero after the explosion huh Is this how low we have sunk as Nigerians that we make light of every situation focusing on inanities rather than on the crux of the matterhuh

What a shame!!! angry
He said: “I was on my way home after purchasing some rolls of film for my camera. I was driving a Honda CRV jeep. My daughter had just completed her Q’uran recitation class and we were going to celebrate it. I had taken a turn from the Ahmadu Bello Stadium roundabout and was heading back home around 9:30am. I saw a Honda car flashing its hazard light and coming in the opposite direction on the other side of the lane. It was speeding. It was an ash coloured car. I noticed all this under a few seconds. Then at the junction of Sarduana crescent, as we approached each other from the different sides of the road, I suddenly saw the car blast into pieces followed by a loud explosion. The car behind him, was thrown into the air. Almost the same time my jeep was lifted into the air. Yes! My car was taken high into the air.
Read these paragraph and tell me he was the only one in the car shocked shocked

VALIDATOR: I hope you all noticed how he gave details of what happened to his money and phone but nothing whatsoever was said about his daughter or any other occupant of the car.
And some are complaining about people doubt the authenticity of his story grin grin

Politics › Re: The Rawls Centre Laments High Cost Of Petrol In Bayelsa by Baawaa(m): 1:25pm On Apr 11, 2012
gentleoyink: @ those of you talking

For your information, the high price of petrol in the riverine areas is not because of the increase in pump price.
Do your research and you will find out that even during Obj and Yaradua's time, fuel has been selling btw N120 to N150 in Ijaw villages.

The person who started this thread is proud because of the less informed responses he has gotten so far from those who would not just accept that GEJ is their president.

Pray, tell me why I should join SNG and Boko Haram to protest fuel price of N1149 when I have been buying it for N150 when it was N65, knowing that if it eventually returns, it will still not affect how much I buy it?
Listen to yourself!!You are duller than your brother GEJ

Whether the killing was to make him talk or shut up, my questions are 1. Are terrorist in custody suppose to know what is happening outside. 2. What else do they need to know. Kabiru Sokoto was arrested in Borno state governor's lodge, a gun dealer arrested sometime ago is a close associate of Sambo, Ndume use to communicate with BH & Sambo knows about there communication, Jonathan said he's eating with them in Aso rock etc. What else do they need to know.
Jonathan himself is a BH according to your post
Crime › Re: Police Uncover Ritualists, Fraudsters’ Shrine In Ogun by Baawaa(m): 11:26am On Mar 28, 2012
Is it a crime to have shrines for ancestoral reverence and continuity these days in nigeria? Because i have shrines in my place and i dont intend to giue them up for churches and mosques that sows the seeds of divisions and fundamental ignorance in african communities. The seeds of backwardness.[qu
Until they use one of your relative for ritual that is when you will that is not about shrine, but ritual
Politics › Re: Jonathan Should Complete His 8 Years In Aso Rock- Capt. Barbosa. by Baawaa(m): 4:39pm On Mar 27, 2012
foxglove: Is this an amnestic assertion? As much as we are entitled to our opinion, we should not be subjective about it.
Dis comment is a shock to me. Au can one expect Jonathan to remain in office beyond 2015? It bothers my mind to see that Nigerians are still largely ignorant of what is hitting them until it consumes them. THE WAR AGAINST CORRUPTION IS LOST AND UNTIL IT IS REGAINED WE ARE STILL RUDDERLESS. Since the exit of Farida, Larmode has succeded in doing worse than his predecessor. WAKE UP NAIJA
The minority that says yes are senseless south south. And they are paying and they will still pay for it!!
Politics › Re: Jonathan Should Complete His 8 Years In Aso Rock- Capt. Barbosa. by Baawaa(m): 4:26pm On Mar 27, 2012
1025: @O.P and supporters,
what you have done here can called a beautiful nonsense.
what do u call economically doing well? extorting additional N32 per litre of which 90% of nigerians are buying fuel for one reason or the other. the so-called economy improvement of nigeria is just another way of robbing peter to pay paul.
no normal investor can come to nigeria with the security situation. do not be deceived, under jonathan, u can point to over 1,000 fraud cases here and there yet u can't point to one single case of jail term. corruption is a thing on the rampage and you are here praising failures. name one multinational company in nigeria that is paying taxes to this govt and tell me how our refineries are doing.
i wonder how nigerians can be talking about eceonomy in a country where there is no electricity and no security.
if jonathan continues this way, our population will surely be reduced to half at the end of his 4 yrs tenure and if he goes for another 4, the country will turn to a burial ground.
a country without an airliner. look at mtn and dstv, south african companies managing nigeria and nigerians as our second colonial masters. ghana, where the whole world is seeing development don't come out to speak from the backside like this. na ur types even asked obasanjo and abacha to continue.
time don reach for efcc to ask jonathan's wife to return $13m to bayelsa ppl.
My brother dont mind them, they are useless politician, this is my prayer for them....Any power, spirit or personality that want Jonathan to rerun 2015 should fall down and die!!!

ochukoccna: @ gbogboti and strangest, I doubt the coup in Mali played a part seeing both countries are different case scenarios.
Also know that Senegal is only West African country yet to see a coup.
In how many African countries does the incumbent call up his challenger before the results are officially announced to concede defeat huh huh huh huh ?
We this mainly in the Occidental world.
Old man wade has his faults but lets cut him some slack and applaud him on this.
It shows Senegal is not a basket case democracy like 'giant of Africa
[ undecided undecided undecided undecided]' Nigeria. wink
Assuming the man step down his party can still win the election

afam4eva: This man is not totally bad afterall. This kind of action from an African leader is commendable.
The fact is that the people of that nation has tired of the man,and what gave the masses the victory was he impose third terms on them. That would have be the same thing that will happened to Obasanjo in 2007.But Obasanjo used diplomacy instead of incumbent power!
