So, I've been using this pc for quite some time now apart from the back up that it does not have, everything else is working perfectly until last year around June when I discovered that it's enter button and some other 2/3 buttons ain't functional again but since there's screen keyboard, I don't necessarily bother much about it as I can still be managing it.. So it wasn't in used as I do use it frequently again, so there's nothing to worry about until around December last year that I wanna use it and it started displaying this BOOT DEVICE NOT FOUND

I don't know what's wrong with it maybe it's software problems or hardware.. Please any solution would be highly appreciated.

You should follow the manufacturer charge specs unless you know better.
I was speaking particularly about flooded batteries needing at least 14.6v absorb charge voltage.
The spec sheet you posted seems to be more of an AGM battery like Quanta and not a flooded battery.
I have yet to see a flooded battery where the original maker specced charging below 14.6v - never mind what the Nigerian seller or distributor says.
Typically the manufacturer gives you a range of ideal charge voltages and you pick your own sweet spot within the range.

The ones marked pass are the ones I have found to go the distance. The more complex ones with multiple pages of functions including delay and recovery settings and notably a voltage calibration function easily go off kilter and become unreliable.

The only mod I would make is that flooded batteries do better at 14.6v per 12v as the minimum for the absorb voltage target. Anything from 14.6v to 14.8v as a regular charge is good. Then the periodic equalization at or above 15v.
