Jarus: I didn't. I didn't even use the big cars of my brothers. I used my then car, EOD.And u think EOD is not a "big car" befitting or good 4a wedding ? I am sure if u didn't hv dt EOD u wld hv used 1 of ur brodas car. Notin wrong wit dt my broda. |

skydeep: If you dont have a car will you walk with your bride on the street?God bless u, in addition even if u hv a car but u want a better car 4d occassion I don't see anytin wrong in borrowing or renting a car 4ur wedding. One can only learn from this story and rent or borrow the car from a reliable person to avoid embarrassment like this. |

I listened to the man claiming 500million naira compensation from Dana in channel news and I think if all what he said is true, he need not waste time but head straight to the court and file action against Dana airline. I strongly believe he will win the case. He need not go to their office for further demonstration. |

Fhemmmy: Leave that alone, show us the pix of the hospital room and we will show you what is doable, there is a difference in having good equipment and a good environment and how to even use the equipment . . . . and 20 Mins CS? interestingAnd what gives u d impression that our medical personnel can not use the equipments ? Pls do not hv d mindset that notin good can come out of ur country. These advance countries that u pple praise to high heaven were not built in a day. Nigeria will get there. |

For those commenting that, that hospital can never be in nigeria pls take a trip to Federal Staff hospital Jabi Abuja and see better modern equipments being used. My wife had caesarian section there and it was done within 20minutes with world class equipments like those in this pix. Pls stop running down your fatherland. 1 Like |

Even i dey eat am as I'm typingUhmmmmm, Chairman it seems you are from my area because "Konko" is the name that the edible "frog" or "toad" (I don't know the difference btw d 2) called in my area. People eat it a lot though I don't like it because of the psychology that I have that its not different from "opolo" frog that we see around. I think the edible ones are found in the stream. |

In as much as I have no ill feeling for anybody who has earned his/her income legitimately building mansions like this , the questions that run through my mind are the following (1) what does a man need to live comfortably in life (2) must a man erect mansions to live comfortably (3) are we taking the less privileges some of who can not afford a meal or a room to shelter them when we live ostentatious and flamboyant life style into consideration (4) can't we channel this excess resources to better the lots of the downtrodden in the society. Let us "enjoy" life as much as we think we can but we should not forget that we came into this world with nothing and we shall leave with nothing. God will bless all of us with good things of life. Koolking: It irritates me, in fact, I don't even waste my resource (time) reading short-worded comments and documents. What stops people from typing words the way they were taught, even when they have enough space to accommodate what they have to pass across to their listeners/readers. Personally, I see people who form such habits as unintelligent, docile and boring. It has nothing to do with Smart phones.Don't claim to be Mr know all here, the fact that pple write in abbreviatn does nt mean dey r not intelligent or brilliant it jus to save space and time wen writin informally. I learned driving without my shoes on n got used to it until I lost my wedding ring in d process of putin off d shoe before driving and this taught me a lesson so I started wearing my shoes when driving. I got used to within a day. Its good for one to learn driving a car with d shoes on so that there won't be d hassle of tryin to put on and put off d shoes after and before driving. |

Wheneva I ready analyses/submissions of people like AFRODOC I wish Nairaland is like facebook where u can send friend request because his submissions are always sound, unbiased and without sentiment not minding whose ox is gore. I like reading SLIMYEM and ACITALK (though with some reservations on their styles). Sorry 4d digression NOW BACK to the topic. It's natural for parents to be concerned about their wards who are single when they suppose to be married. There a lots of reasons why people remain single but I wouldn't want to go into that now but will like to simply advise the people concern should keep searching and wait for the right person. There is no need to rush regardless of their ages because God's time is the best. I personally believe everything has been ordained to happen at a particular time and no AMOUNT OF PRESSURE will change God's appointed time for a particular event. Do your best and leave the rest to God. |

I am sooooo pleased with my name BABATUNDE and I prefer it to any foreign or English name. its sheer colonial mentality that make people to abandon their native name for foreign names they don't know the meanings. African names are loaded with meanings that in most cases have a lot to do with the circumstances surrounding someone's birth. 1 Like |

I beg to disagree with those associating failure with Mitt. A person who qualified to contest for the American Presidency under the Republican party is by all standard not a failure. This man must been successful in other sphere of life before getting to that stage.life is about "win some n lose some" At any rate I am indifferent to the naming of d twins after these great men (its a matter of choice for the mum) the kids have the right to change d names when they come of age if they have objections to d names. |
