It’s dollar rate and AliExpress dollar rates are different, if I’m to pay through barter will i be charged using aliexpress dollar rate or barter dollar rate

AliExpress rate is unrealistic and no bank is offering it. Bank rates are okay but mostly limited to 20$ , Barter rates are black market rates but unlimited.

I want to order a set of football boots from AliExpress which cost about $26 I can’t seem to make the payment with my bank (UBA) card so I called the bank and got to know that they got a limit of $20 per month for international transactions

So I have to now consider another payment option, I want to try western Union but I have not used it before and have no idea how to go about it and if it’s a very advisable means of payment.


I don’t know if the boots will take longer time to arrive and if I pay through western Union and something happens and I want a refund how will I get my money back


Pls a detailed explanation on how to go about this payment would be really appreciated ��

Tried to do a $28 payment now after using $16, GTB no gree. Tried again for a $3 and it went through. So I doubt it'll be GTB.

I did a 128 $ transaction with GTB last week but this week even a one dollar transaction did not go through.

Got to Badore post office just before 5pm today to pick two of my items from AliExpress, was disappointed to meet their absence. Guess they close earlier than I thought.
I'm interested in the cost of handling fee as I've never paid less than 5h to pick up items, even for something as light as a phone pouch.

One of my last LP parcels was handled by nipost, the other by speedaf.The Nipost one was actually faster,less than twenty days but the speedaf one took twenty seven days and more traveling grief because I had to go to camp for collection. Nipost is actually better for LP parcels in abeokuta unless you live in obantoko

Hello peeps, does aliexpress still combine orders? Got 2 tracking starting with LP and another 1 with NG. They are also cainiao though and I'm wondering if they would be able to combine them altogether at their processing center. Na that LP tracking dey scare me as I definitely knows it's for nipost not speedaf.

LP and NG are never combined in my experience but there might be no need to worry. My last LP package was handled by speedaf.

Probably a glitch,same thing happened to me. They reduced my points from 725 to 719. Don't stress yourself , it's not really worth much.

Thanks brother. They mailed me already for pickup or if I want, I can pay 4h for doorstep delivery. I love this if they can continue. The shipping is very fast and funny enough the item is unregistered. Previously, they sent unregistered items to nipost which took weeks before one gets it. Speedaf might chase nipost out of biz soon. The only thing left for them is to start shipping phones. That's the final nail on the coffin that buries nipost.

Sadly nipost is actually better for unregistered items in abeokuta at the moment.Speedaf emailed me to collect some items today at camp which is quite far to abeokuta center but nipost called me to Sapon to collect a watch sent through them last Monday. Both items arrived in Nigeria same day. I phoned speedaf to do a home delivery for me about three weeks ago and did not see them for two weeks..

It's true, I just bought an item of 128 dollars.

They might be having hiccups. On the other hand,I ordered a pair of speakers from jumia on Saturday morning and it was delivered to me on Sunday evening about thirty six hours later in abeokuta ogun state.

The rainy season is not helping. I'm sure that the o.p is less troubled during the dry season

You need to make sure that the Barter card is selected for the transaction on the app, if no joy then try to order from the web pages. If it still fails then you'll need to contact customer service.

The same thing happened to me, luckily the item arrived ten days later so I didn't have to open a dispute.
