I've been bombing the customer service department with complaints. I suggested they dump 4px, speedpost and use speedap for Hong Kong shippers. I've sent more than 30 mails to them within 3 days. There has to be a way cos they can't tell me Speedaf does not have a branch in Hong Kong.

We should all do same and lodge our displeasures.

Please let us know how and where to forward our complaints. Anyway I believe nipost is the one causing all the problems. Any company using nipost for the last mile will always have problems due to niposts inefficiency and corruption. We should be asking them to dump nipost.

AliExpress just made 3 of my orders combined package and guess what the tracking number is, freaking Singapore Post. This is a first and it's is shocking as much as it is saddening. And for the fact that three big items of mine are placed on SingPost, in my mind I've already conducted a funeral for them, and if they should survive and get to me, I think NIPOST is gonna bill me like 2k delivery fee, something that speedaf would have done free.

Like what dá heck happened to speedaf combined delivery? Who uses SingPost for combined delivery of not one, but three items?

The fact of the matter is that AliExpress have no idea about how inefficient, corrupt and slow our nipost is. They believe that they are doing you a favor by combining the items and registering it but of course no Nigerian wants anything to do with nipost. Just be patient and if your items are undelivered or stolen then apply for refund.

The screen is completely burnt and not even gmail works on it.

My electric toothbrush took one month and thirteen days to get from Lagos to abeokuta, distance of about 120 kilometers.

I do agree with most of your points although you did a Nigerian thing , making excuses.. India has many tribes and belief systems but they are thriving. Britain has four tribes but they are thriving. Nigeria has a perfidious population and the problem is mostly cultural . Nigerians lack control generally and there is no hope of remedy for the next thirty years or so because the current youth population are crooked hedonists who are more corrupt than their fathers. If Nigeria's problem is with varied tribes then why are the S.E ,S.S and S.W states not looking like London with honest well behaved citizens moving the states forward

Oh well... Proof of the pudding is in the eating. Price of goods has been static in Japan for the past forty years. Last week prices of some products were increased by 20 percent for the first time in forty years. In Nigeria the increase is every three months. They have accountable responsible altruistic leadership. Extremely low crime rate,no banditry and insecurity and no human rituals for quick money.No Yahoo Yahoo,twenty four hours power supply and they are at the forefront in theoretical physics. Why does this happen more often than not along with a ton of other problems using NIPOST? The last complain I had was that and I kid you not, "The truck bringing packages to the south is down" ..does it mean they have just one truck bringing goods down south? A whole federal government establishment don't have a back up truck? It is so so absurd.

There was a day I checked comments on AE and most of the "none delivered packages due to logistics" complaint was from Nigeria. Even 3rd world developing countries like Brazil have packages delivered in record time through their national postal services. AE would have ran out of business by now paying refund if Nigeria and NIPOST was thier only service area and delivery service respectively.

The post master general keeping saying they are trying to rebrand the image of NIPOST but it's like nothing it's been done. and i know that not all the NIPOST staff or offices are inefficient but must are, so it's the case of "99 rotten egg and 1 one good one" so the whole bunch is rotten.

People are now taking the pains to pay for shipping so as to avoid NIPOST wahala. I didn't bother looking for goods with paid shipping back then, now are days, I just calculate shipping along with the product I want to purchase before I search for the products.

These bike dispatch riders are becoming more efficient locally and I know it's a long stretch, but if they mistakenly hack international dispatch from sites like AE, it is over for NIPOST if they don't step thier game up by then.

The worst thing is that they lie that they made a delivery attempt which makes winning an AliExpress dispute extremely difficult. I wonder if they have a brain at all.

I opened dispute for a parcel that has tracking status "Failed delivery attempt" since December 24th 2021 and AliExpress ruled it invalid. I've gone to post office countless times and they said they don't have it.

I searched through their records and even mail bags but did not find it.

I even got my phone this January and that one was no where to be found.

How can I appeal this?

Nigerians are such thoughtless lying perfidious toerags. Why write " failed delivery attempt' when you made no attempt to deliver the package. AliExpress is thinking that you failed to make efforts to collect the parcel. What a nation of toerags.

I had to check out your recommendations. I must say they are pricy too although I think quality determined that. I also realize the models you recommended are both wired, not Bluetooth earphones. And they even come with the traditional 3.5mm jack. Most high end phones these days lack that jack, only spotting USB type C for everything from charging to communication to wired earphones.

Till this day, I'm still in the search of a reliable USB type C to 3.5mm jack that works with Samsung Galaxy 10 plus. Before now I've made 3 different purchases on AE but none has worked.

By the way, I've never heard of Sennheiser before now. And the prices against their item, mhed o.

Most audiophiles would not look at Bluetooth and wireless devices at all and some Sennheiser headphones cost more than ten million naira while some widely available ones cost about a million naira. However the Phillips shp 9500 is quite affordable. The Keysion dual audio DAC sold on AliExpress should be able to work on the Galaxy s10 although I've not tried it personally as I went off Samsung a long time ago.The sound is decent but obviously it is wired.

Not all Cainiaio super economy parcels go through speedaf, many go to the post office . When they do go through speedaf ,you have to go to their office for collection although you can request for home delivery and pay for it but when you have two or more Cainiaio super economy at the same time,they tend to get combined together and become a registered parcel with a new tracking number.Speedaf delivers the combined items free of charge.
