The companies have already been served abatement of environmental pollution notice under the LASEPA Edict, No.9 of 1997.

Other companies served abatement notices are: Boulos Enterprises Limited and Standard Industrial Company Limited, both on Acme Road, Ogba, Multichem Industries Limited, Dorchester, Strides Vitaling Limited, Cormart Nigeria Limited and Michelin.
