So GEJ is now a dictator? From being 'clueless', 'weak' and 'spineless' to being a dictator? When will you make up your mind? When you make up your mind, I'll help you with an appropriate response. But for now, you'r obviously confused.

Dictators.say things like, I don't give a damn and I owe nobody any apology for my actions, not even the people he swore to serve and protect, not even the the tax payers he collects his salary and 1 billion naira food bill from.

Dictators tells 170 million people rubbish like you are all little kids, I'm your father and I know what's best for you collectively.

That pathetic piece of shitttt is worse than a dictator.. and you, your punishment is exactly what you are doing and what you've reduced yourself to, a joker with no sense of worth, a jester with odious and demeaning value system and a sorry burden on the nigerian society just like the crooked and corrupt illiterate Aso rock clown you run errands for 24/7.

Well that is what we have been saying education is power. Fashola exploited these people because they don't know there right. The councils are supposed provide these people with disposable facilities which they didn't do or alternatively make laws to make sure this part s are recycled or provide recycling parks. These people would have won these case if they had gone to a normal court but it's Nigeria again I doubt if we have normal people as judges in the Nigerian justice system, but they should have gave it a try which they didn't so you are at fault if your councillors are miss using your tax. The question I want to ask is why pay tax and provide basic amenities for your self again something is wrong some where.

This is only your own crude and ignorant understanding of the situation. It was and till is the traders responsibility to keep the place clean on their own by whatever means meaning they furnish their own cleaning materials, clean the market and contract trash disposal with LAWMA.

This is still the deal and what they must do and keep doing based on their agreement with the state. It is there in black and white/plain English.

Ignorance of the law is no excuse for breaking it.

The traders have acknowledge and admitted that they messed up and they've assured and promised the state to do the right thing so stop confusing yourself and misleading your people with your silly and ignorant tribal pronouncements..

Ngwakwe: The Igbos in Lagos are not migrant workers rather citizens, great investors and economic builders that deserve no less than respect and cordiality.

The environment we all live in deserve respect and cordiality because without respecting and taking care of it, there wont be any environment for you to trade in. Too bad many of you are too shortsighted and can not reason beyond your greed and money.

Our laws deserve respect and cordiality too because it is all we have standing in between us and lawbreakers, dangerous elements and weapons in our markets.

There is more to humanity and sane societies that your money.

Sincere 9gerian:
Nonsense! Shows us reports by news media organisations that saw and reported the commissioning of 10,000 cameras.

By the way, the commissioner said 90 cameras, and those in your pictures may be part of the 90 cameras. He also stated categorically that the "90 Close Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras across the State (is) to protect life and property as well as nab anyone who illegally uses the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) lane"

Is there division in the Lagos state govt? The governor is saying a different thing while his commissioner is saying another thing?

No wonder Fashola recently banned all civil servants and political appointees of the Lagos state govt from issueing public states. The reason is that Fashola wants the LIES to be streamlined.

Now, can you please show us 1 single camera your pay masters installed in Lagos state and their monitoring centers.? I know you can't and won't so we know who the liar is as usual.

Why is this question still too hard for you to answer? Are you afraid to open your own yansh?

Sincere 9gerian: What happens when a liar collides with another liar? Confusion and contradictions.

A month after Fashola was purported to have launched the 10,000 CCTV cameras, a commissioner in his cabinet told the world in 2009 that the state govt had only deployed 90 cameras. See below:

"Lagos Launches 10,000 Cctv Cameras by proudly9ja ( m ): 11:00pm On Apr 05 , 2009

Hands off Ikorodu road LASG urges FERMA

Lagos State Government on Wednesday advised the Federal Road Maintenance Agency (FERMA) to remove Ikorodu road from its planned rehabilitation of federal roads in the state.

A statement by Biola Fagunwa, Spokesman, Lagos State Ministry of Works and Infrastructure, said the planned rehabilitation could be construed as a duplication of effort and a waste of resources.

http://www.dailytimes.com.ng/article/hands-ikorodu-road-lasg-urges-ferma

While there are tons of other federal roads in lagos begging their attention, but all of a sudden, Lagos state carry shovel and the incompetent idiots too carry shovel to do patch patch on the same road.

The incompetent clowns had no clue that the road is now a state road and no longer a federal road.....

Its such a disgrace to the "Eko oni ba je" crew that you'r still loitering on this thread spreading lies and silly propaganda.

I see you last ditch effort to save face is to latch on to the phrase "currently being installed". Didn't you check the date of the report? I doubt if you'll be FOOLISH to the extent of not checking. You saw the date of report was June 2012, yet you'r holding unto "currently being installed" to eliminate the possibility of the CCTV cameras @Op talked about being the ones deployed by FG. What a shame. This is the lies, deceit and mischief that some of us condemn here on a daily basis.

The youtube video you'r brandishing, is that the only evidence of the 10,000 Fashola CCTV cameras deployed in 2009? Which news media organisations reported the actual deployment of 10,000 cameras by Fashola? The Fashola we know, does not joke with media coverage so it will be unthinkable that Fashola will install 10,000 cameras and hide it in youtube. Only recently, the governor launched with so much fanfare, a street light project. The Fashola we know, if truely he deployed 10,000 cameras in Lagos, would have invited Nelson Mandela and Obama to commission it.

Show us reports by third parties (news media organisations) that covered the commissioning of the completed 10,000 cameras or even some of it. It is not enough to show us youtube video produced and directed by Fashola.

Another of your LIE is your statement that "The OP talked about an operating CCTV system that consists of over 10000 CCTV Cameras"

I read the post by @Op but I didnt find any mention of "10,000 CCTV cameras". By the way, the Op would be a witch if he had known how many cameras have been deployed so far from the outside, except he works for the firm in charge.

Therefore, Mr "Eko oni ba je", stop the LIES. Desist from stealing of projects

Even if fashola installed 1 single cctv, we can see the results in the video with images from multiple locations meaning there are more than one cameras. We also have control centers and monitoring locations where they process and analyse the info collected.

Now, can you please show us 1 single camera your pay masters installed and their monitoring center.? I know you can't and won't so we know who the liar is as usual.

manny4life: I know how it may sound, but sometime I do not feel pity for them. Someone who hasn't learned till this date WILL NEVER LEARN. They should continue to sink money in Lagos, they have told you, go back to your gully villages. For instance, Obi is building a $30million complex, if they make N100billion ($625million) daily, why can you build a SUPER COMPLEX in the east? No matter how you complain, a word is enough for the wise, those who have ear, let them hear.

Can you guarantee their safety back in their vilages?

Can you assure them that they are their families are not going to be kidnapped and killed by their own people?

Can you assure them that they are not going to end up dead and floating in some river back home.

These are very challenging questions you first need to ask yourself before asking other people to endanger their lives because they are your people.

Pro Anti: @Kuroji,

Is the FG installing CCTV cameras in Lagos?

Does the FG have the right to install CCTV cameras in Lagos?

Would it be wrong for the FG to put party affiliations aside and work with LASG to work for the betterment of the masses?

Having rights to do anything doesn't mean you can do it or you are competent enough to do it. Making pronouncements means nothing until you are competent enough to back it up with actions. Anybody can issue pronouncements.

It is very obvious that this market needs more than a shut down, it needs a thorough scrub down from top to bottom from criminal elements to dangerous weapons because this market in its present form looks more like major security challenge and threat to the society.

That two people collaborating on a project means they're working together on the project, how they define the contributory equity of the project (one provides the funding, while the other brings the idea) has absolutely no bearing on the term "collaboration".

Dude, we came up with this idea and we've planted many CCTVs in lagos state with command and monitoring centers and the fact that your uncles in Abuja are jumping on the wagon and doing follow follow with pronouncements doesn't mean they have a single CCTV planted in Lagos state.

To be taken seriously, show us their CCTV in Lagos State and when you are done, show us their command center where they monitor their images. Until then, you are blowing nothing but hot mess and you should never be taken seriously just like your aso rock lying uncles..
