AbuuUthaymeen:Wa alaykum salam. I log in once every 2 years. I dont know how i always end up here either ![]() |
You both should go to Shariah Court instead. The woman does not even have to be present. If the marriage is already done, go there with your father or Waliy's passport photograph, name and address. They will fill everything out on the government certificate for you at the shariah court. This is what I did, and I collected certificate on the same day. You will pay about 5 - 10k to them. You can go with cash. I used this certificate to travel out of Nigeria too, so it is acceptable in any country because it comes from a court and carries the coat of arms. Wa alaykum salam warahmatullah wabarakatuhu |
Hello guys, Please is it compulsory to evaluate one's OND alongside the university degree with WES. I saw this on the WES application portal while filling the portal out, as a requirement. Is that the same all ECA bodies? Thank you |
Hello guys, In the spirit of decluttering your space (work or office), and making some side cash in the process, let us get together to put our unused items out there for cash. The purpose of this page is not to overkill it. Dont sell/tag your item too expensively. It's a thrift page and the cheaper, the better for everyone. Put a clear photograph of the item and the price you want for it. State whether its negotiable or not (truthfully). Put your location and this is very very important (e g Lagos, Nigeria. ABUJA, NIGERIA) This let's prospective buyers know if they should be interested or not. If you dont mind, put your phone number. And if you mind, leave your mail open, for interested buyers to contact you. Dont pay before inspection. Trade away, people! |
I am not sure what's up with this forum. It appears to be that there is no mobile app and there is no dm system as said. It will really go a long way for the owner to upgrade the forum at least in those two ways and maybe even register the business name and trademark. Even though facebook is not my thing, I cannot deny the progress it has embraced since its inception. Since this forum was intended for Nigerian audience, maybe the owner should go all out for his Nigerian consumers. peace. |
Guilderland1:am sorry, come again. as the what what now? |
I have also been away a looong time and by Allah, this is a shocking development. buh rather than call him names and debate publicly, let the ones who already have his number talk to him on phone. this public chit chat wont add anything. may Allah make us steadfast till our end comes |
PDPGuy:my thoughts..legally he wont be culpable, so far as they are consenting adults.. unless they are muslims in an islamic state, in which case he will be culpable not for murder but for fornication |
bett wow! |
Atiku2019:is dat kidnapping matter? this one wey fey worry yu na very strong thing |
trukoments:asin did you say holy hadith ? which hadith isnt holy ? i dnt even know the definition of holy anymore. these days we also hear holy shit. seems like yu av understood hadith qudsi the wrong way. dnt tell people to goan find authorities. if yu speak, put authority from quran or hadith. yu av been adequately answered. sufism deviates from the proper islam. if you stick to d quran as it is, even you will know you are not a sufi and the spiritual height yu seek will be upon you... |
omo ode ni boboh yii. quran and odu ifa. and he speaks very stupid english. you should get your facta right before announcing your stupidity. Quran was revealed. it didnt descend. most of us arent mutazilites...find out wat it means if it might give yu headache. oniranu |
BaarakAllahu feehi. i have a feeling you have a transition story to tell ?
what helped your eeman to move from deathstroke to ahlusunnah. yu gonna say ? |
Esji80:no no nooo. Astaghfirullah. no offence taken. |
what work of mine did yu read to make u mention me ? |
mackzydon9:present sir... gud job. weldone |
Esji80:subhanallah... how can u even be sayin dat on d public space. |
MilesLamar:Do u av any reason no to be ? |
AnonyNymous:I have to disagree with you on one count ...not especially islam. See, even christianity, the bible contains violence. Didn't bible report thatjesus sed to sell your garment and buy a sword if you av none? Ask a pastor. Didn't bible report that God sed go to the land of amalekites and kill the old and the young and even livestock. Didn't bible report that...kindness must be spread amongst human? So then its a 2 way thing. No judging. So also quran reported that unbelievers who threaten peace be killed if they killed muslims or stop dem from worshipping, etc yet quran also preaches kindness..so u cannot stay here and spit that recipe for disaster from your mouth |
RELIGION: THEOLOGICALLY AND PSYCHOLOGICALLY It is often very scary to imagine coming to heaven with your faith in God and being rejected as having done it the wrong way. Of course, this is not for everybody to read because: 1. Some people are atheists…all the way 2. Some people are fanatics: They have an opinion already, and don’t care what else you say 3. Some people are looking for who to quarrel with, so they are buffoons and thus, won’t understand or like this. Most people today, are who they are ‘in faith’ because they were born in it. Now let’s step outside the box. Have you ever wondered if it would be the same for you if your parents had been otherwise? Say your Muslim parents had been Christians or vice versa? Well, I have. And my research led me to study the bible, a way I would call, intently and thoroughly. Believe me, I did it without malice or bias. I was just making sure that I am not claiming Islam because I was born that way. Now let’s check this out together, shall we? a) A certain Mr. Moshay (you may google him) wrote a book titled ‘who is this Allah?. In it, he had asserted vehemently and verily, that JESUS IS ONE AND THE SAME WITH GOD. He even added that we do not need Modus tollendo ponem (I don’t know what this means) to conclude on the capitalised words above. Most Christians seem to believe in the same principle/ doctrine/ fact. Indeed, I am forced to believe that this is the crux of Christianity. Yet, I have met those who claim that this is not true as according to the bible and whatever else, Jesus is rather the SON OF GOD. I will pretend that it is not confusing for the same person to be son and also be one and the same as his ‘father’. After all, it is often said that IT IS TOO COMPLICATED TO BE UNDERSTOOD BY THE NORMAL MIND. IT TAKES DIVINE HELP TO SWALLOW SUCH COMPLICATION. Nice! No arguments, for all have been said since thousands of years till date. Eventually, I want to Marry both assertions and talk about trinity. This concept I gathered was added to the bible several hundreds of years later, like other concepts in Christianity like: the Christmas, The Easter etc. A lot went into deliberation, discussion and decision at the COUNCIL OF NICAEA. If you don’t know, ask someone else to explain it or again, google it. It was a relief to thus find that the trinity assertion was removed from the revised standard version of 1952, the Jerusalem bible, international version and the Good news bible. The removal of this, from these bibles shows the error in it, no doubt. Little wonder then that not all Christians like these versions of bible. My aim however, is to consider my options theologically and psychologically. Wouldn’t one need a psychiatric analysis if he claimed to be one and same as his own father? Purporting to then use his father’s certificate to secure a job? Well Mr. G.J.O. Moshay already claimed that this assertion is beyond human comprehension…..so we will move on. |
100% sense made. you are hired. be my special adviser miss? |
Rumble in the jungle: Cassius Marcellus Clay Jnr. If you say I'm joining the band wagon I won't say no. If you say I'm like everyone else, I won't deny. Whatever position you put me I'll still write about it. The first time I heard about this man, I was in primary school. My dad would talk about his fights and how fast his hands moved. I thought he was a white, skinny actor like the Jet Li or the Rocky. As I grew older, I learned more and more about the man. My dad was a man who liked to get his children exposed to things and on a Saturday morning, dad called me to watch a documentary of this man. Older I grew and my consciousness grew. I started learning more in every way and in his way. I started cramming his popular quotes and using them. I watched documentaries made in his name, especially the one Will Smith did in 2001. I watched him on the Oprah Winfrey show as he told Will Smith 'you're almost as good as me'. He has the record of most written about man in history. A lot of people see him as a boxer, people; Ali isn't just a boxer, he's an orator, motivational speaker, human right activist among other awesome things. Ali was a starlet who America couldn't bring to submission. He was lined up for the US army where he started his struggle. He refused to be a part in the Vietnam War and America had a lot of things to do to his career. He believed the war was unnecessary, illegal and it was a violator of the rights of others. America started with different charges that led to his losing his title as WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP. On his exposure to the racial attitude of America, he stopped bearing CASSIUS MARCELLUS CLAY and became Cassius X. Alongside his revolutionary brothers, Malcolm X and Martin Luther King Jr, Cassius fought for equal rights in America. After a brief stint with the Nation of Islam, he changed his name to MUHAMMAD ALI. He is known for historic speeches. He has talked about life and hereafter more times than most Islamic scholars. He isn't just an inspiration to me, he is one of the surrogate father's I picked. He made me understand that he who is not courageous enough to take risk in life will achieve nothing. There's a quote that I always made fun with my little brother, 'if you ever dream of beating me, you better wake up and apologize' then my little brother will quote Ali again and tell me last night he switched off his light and he was in bed before the light went off. Overtime I have grown to use my favorite quote of him of all time, 'at home I am a nice guy, but I don't want the world to know. Humble people I've found out don't go very far in life'. Quite alright Ali was controversial in life but he knew how to sting like a bee and float like a butterfly. Ali has joined the league of my X-men in heaven. I hope all of you will meet in heaven and have fun. I'm sure if y'all meet Ali in his very comical way will entertain everyone even at his own expense. He's the kind of person who'll do magic and still show you how he did it, ask FIDEL CASTRO. I am Princely X and I wish Cassius X (Muhammad Ali) a repose in heaven. You'll always inspire me baba. |

1. Women mostly put water through their mass of hair and onto a little part of their scalp. This stems from the belief that the scalp is the target. This is wrong and has no basis. The hair and not the scalp is the target in ablution..note; ablution, unlike in ghusl. So as a woman nd no matter your tight weaving, it suffices to pass your wet palms over your head/hair to the back and for more sunnah reward, back to the front as the prophet used to do 2. When you make wudhu, do not take water separately for head and anoda separately for the ears. It suffices to pass the hand from the head to both ears simultaneously, den go to the feet 3. When you rinse your mouth, do it with the nose..together. Most people rinse mouth 3times den go to the nose. The evidentially proven sunnah way is to put water in the mouth, spit it out nd put the rest in ur nose. Then do that 3 times and go to wash ur face Allahu a'lam |
