Thyroid function test is to know have knowledge of your thyroid activities and to know if a low thyroid activity could have responsible for this.
A low blood sugar can come up with such complaints too. So, it is necessary to know blood glucose for the now, though I feel it is okay.
WBC and RBC count and differentials is to know if there are any cases of anemia, infection or even allergy.

Dizziness
Weakness of the body
Constipation (not all the time)
Cold intolerance
Forgetting things easily.


Any other I should know to this?

Now, kindly do a:
1. Thyroid function test ( hypothyroidism)
2. Fasting blood glucose( low blood glucose)
3. WBC and RBC count and differential.

pains in my stomach sometimes increase to the chest or back pain. at the same time, I become dizzy.

a) constipation?
b) diarrhea?

Fever?
Is it general body weakness? Where do you feel weak the most?
When does this weakness start:
a) mainly from morning period?
b) ....... afternoon?
c) ....... evening?

Have you being eating very well?
How can you tell you have not be undernourished?

Do you find yourself unnecessary confused and unable to understand little things?
Do you find yourself not tolerating cold for a short period?

Do you experience poor urine frequency?
Hardly sweat?

I have been experiencing it for like a month now
I do experience constipation at times
no diarrhea
general body weakness
the weakness usually start anytime of the day
am eating well
confused? don't think so. just that I get to forget things easily.
I really can't tolerate cold
I urinate normally.
