I don't like Buhari, but he shouldn't be blamed for everything that goes wrong in this country. Looking at the attack on NDA, how is that directly Buhari's fault? Aren't there armed persons to have repelled and neutralised those invaders?

Nigeria is a sovereign nation. Let's start from there. Is the US been fair to Nigeria in ordering the arrest of a Nigerian resident in Nigeria? I am not in anyway defending Kyari, but we shouldn't be bullied.

Abba is one of the bravest, brightest and best cops in Nigeria and I will not believe these crazy allegations levelled against him or condemn him unless I see any evidence to the contrary.

He has proved himself over and over again when it comes to catching criminals and I do not believe that he is one himself. If he were he would not have such an excellent record in combating crime.

Nigerians seem to take delight in believing and assuming the worse about their best. That is part of our problem: we love and celebrate the evil but we despise, hate and seek to pull down the righteous and good.

He is a super cop in the South. Don't they need his sterling performance in Borno (his home state) or other parts of the north?

But what is unclear to me is why hush chose to implicate kyari and why the FBI are keenly after him.

Kyari didn't partake in defrauding the US or any of her citizen.
If at all, he should be probed by the Nigerian Police force for receiving bribe and and wrongly arresting someone or wrongly releasing a criminal.

I feel hasn't done enough for the FBI to be after him.

I share your sentiment, but the revelation of the involvement of Abba Kyari, the head of Nigeria's Intelligence Response Unit as a receiver of proceeds of international fraud is worrisome and highly dents the image of our police and entire security architecture. To this end, I feel he does has a case to answer

Taking him out will not be immediate as there has to be some processes and lobbying.
Plus some disgruntled members who are benefiting from the current structure would be fighting to remain relevant which can lead to obtaining injunctions from courts.

Its a hard decision that just should be taken in the interest of the party. If not, it will be disastrous for APC

I am not sure this is a well thought out decision. The ward congresses will be subjected to unnecessary litigation by losers and there is nothing anybody can do about it. The legal distractions can be avoided if the leadership agree to do the right thing before it is too late.

Not just losers but other opposition parties will gladly challenge APC's victory in court. The Apex court's verdict has opened a wide room for opposition parties to ambush APC

U think PDP didn't forsee this confusion that will envelope APC, it was PDP that included the illegality of Buni led APC caretaker committee in the suit against Governor Akeredolu.
PDP asked the Supreme court to declare Buni Committee illegal and all actions taken by it null and void, and the Supreme court thus declared the Buni Committee illegal and unrecognized
PDP has it's own game plan ahead of 2023,
APC will inevitably split in splinter parties and some of the members defect back to PDP

Wouldn't it have been wiser if PDP had waited for the Buni led committee to conduct APC's congresses or Presidential primaries then waylay them at the Apex court?
