Hesssi: You're absolutely right @bolded. Africans are workaholic. All they do here in Africa is work work work!
My elder brother who's in Germany has a job he goes from 9am - 3pm. His salary is very okay. But Instead for him to rest after that 3pm... He decided to take a second job that he goes from 3:30pm - 8pm.
His white friend advice him not to take a second job, that taking a second job means maybe he's in serious debt with alot of bills to pay. He also told my brother to use his free time to go watch sports or go to the beach.
My brother just laughed and he told his white friend that here in African we work as if there's no tomorrow. We work as if rapture is taking place today and he's already used to it. Crazy stuff |

Ades1: Now do the same for Zenith, Stanbic, GTCO, or UBA. Lets not continue to talk about UCAP only.
Yes, UCAP has been very nice to me, I bought most of my shares at N5, but UCAP is only one company in a portfolio , the rest of them just doing like mumu and will most likely not pass this your 30% YOC criteria I believe with an uptick in optimism The share prices of these companies will rebound again What we are witnessing in part is some big funds pulling out of the NSE |

LegendHero: He said: “We (APC) are going to win the election, Tinubu the presidential candidate is a very well-known politician in the country. He was a two-term governor in Lagos. I think the party was lucky to get him to accept to be the candidate.” Do you think Tinubu stands a chance in a free and fair election? Lol |

Ceenachi: The only reason Atiku and Tinubu even get mind to contest for this election na because say Nigeria na black country.
It's also the reason they have supporters. We are known all over the world to be bottom feeders and it’s the main reason people disrespect us, just give a typical black man money and he’ll sell his entire community out.
I tear up sometimes when i think about Nigeria and the black race. True talk |

ariesbull: that is the mentality fewer economic activities... That is the stupidity.
I opened my firm about 4 yrs today I am thinking if expanding to ICT and cloud computing in Nigeria...
Nigeria is the biggest market in Africa... And that is huge opportunity for an intelligent man. A market that has over 200 million people exchanging hands is huge
Think A big market means nothing when the MAJORITY of the people are impoverished and miserable I'll rather do business in Switzerland with fewer people but with deep pockets Than Nigeria breeding economically useless Homan beings left and right |

AreaFada2: Dude, never advice this group of people: 1-A random bad mannered swearing Nairalander about life abroad 2-A yahoo guy that yahoo is not good 3-A girl addicted to useless wayward boys.
Number 1 above is filled with resentment for anyone abroad. He would brag about how he is balling in 9ja and you are washing corpses abroad. Yet his foul words betrays someone seriously unhappy with his life.
Around 10-15 years ago, some people in 9ja will just be saying how they just bought a new car, how they have everything in 9ja, how they blow their gen all night with AC and no need to travel broad or variations of it to say how well off in 9ja they are. I was wondering why say all this? I never told you anything about my life abroad, how good or bad it is compared to yours. Why do I need to know how well off you are?.
I just gradually withdrew from them so as not to say anything to annoy anyone. Fast forward: In the last 5 years or so, same people are asking how they can relocate abroad, for their kids' sake, insecurity, bala, bla bla. You have said it all |

Regardless of what people say
Living in NIGERIA can NEVER be better than living abroad. Forget story It's okay for us to just be living in Nigeria and managing ourselves; taking the country as we see it; but anyone deluded into thinking this country good; especially in the current state Buhari has brought it to Is a JOKER |

Maxxim: But also notice that in those developed nations they are also concerned about population collapse, More reasons these countries ease up their migration rules so many people can come in and keep their system working. There's nothing wrong in giving birth as long as these parents can take care of them The hue and cry about population collapse in the West is a HOAX The real issue is the supply of SKILLED LABOR A good number of them these days are not ready for the rigours of STEM and Finance and other tough fields Hence the need to "import" |

okeysoninv: they should abolish official and approve black market rate so that naira will exchange to #3000. illiterate everywhere. even USA and China doesn't float their currency. no way in the world allowed black market to determine the trajectory of it's currency except in Nigeria. rather kill the spectators and hoarders that buys up dollars available. CBN can regulate the bank but can't monitor aboki BDC. it's a shame of the country Did you say the US does not float it's currency ? You are not knowledgeable about this subject matter Just leave it Your currency CANNOT be a convertible currency without it being ON FULL FLOAT |
