Well, anybody with a filing fee could file a lawsuit. This lawyer of guy just wants attention, do you really think that if lawsuit was an option, PDP would have filed a lawsuit long time From what I read online you don't really need SSCE to contest for president, remember that provision of the law have lots of subsections; either you have this or that or the other one, you can even qualify with 10 years of public service, am not saying the provision is ideal but hey, its the law.
