It doesn't matter whether Wizkid is a citizen or not. He is the father of the baby and thus required by law to cater for his boy and that's why he is required to pay child support.

The idea been that the child deserves the rich life the dad or the mom is living. Sad that dudes impregnate babes without handwork, or low paying job and they are stuck paying child support for 18 years.

I don't set the rules. Child support have a formula they use to calculate the amount the father or mother have to pay but it is usually whoever have the most money pays the child support (in most cases- varies by state).

My argument was not that she shot him because he has black. My argument was that the D.A would have filed strong armed robbery charge (because she had a gun) and first degree murder because the victim died had it been that the black guy shot the officer. But the D.A is not applying same here because reputation of the police department/law enforcement is on the line.

Remember the officer was NOT on duty at the time and thus was acting in her capacity as a private citizen.

Look at this argument, "she entered in a house she thought was hers and shot the occupant." That's just crap. Failing every test in the book, recall rules of engagement? The police woman was properly trained to mitigate/avoid these situations and she failed to that bringing disrepute to the force.

Just like the affluneza teen, yeah I was driving drunk (underaged) and I killed 4 people and injured others because my dad is rich and I was suffering from affluenza but the same judge that let him off on probation sentenced another juvenile to 20 years in prison for a lesser crime.

If you revise the players, the District Attorney would have charged the guy for first degree murder and strong armed robbery and ask for the death penalty.

Then the D.A would be bouncing about in the courtroom about how the officer was a loving mother, aunty, wife, how she was dedicated to her job and family, show the jury her high school picture, she was a member of the choir since she was 1 year old and all those crap, then will paint the black as a thug, gangster that took the life of this beautiful woman......crap crap.

I believe the D.A and the police department want her to get away but if they don't upgrade her charges to first degree murder and prosecute her accordingly. Their will be a big riot in Dallas, folks gon make some noise which might not be good for them.

You are derailing your own thread, scaring potential client's away. I may have been your potential client, but I don't think so. Keep digging a hole for yourself and then accuse your village people of pouring sand in your garri. Do you know how many millions of people visit nairaland daily? Do you know how many individuals secured jobs/contracts on this forum without even seeing their clients

Potential client's look into your posts, how you respond to questions, how you interact with people. That's one of the things that could help them make decisions whether to deal with someone or not.

I have dealt with many contractors here on nairaland without even seeing them, actually I have not seen any of my contractor, some I have not even spoken to them, just exclusively what's app.

So if your arrogance will let you hear word. As someone in 100% client experience business. Mind how you interact with people online whether or not you like what they are saying, know how to wordsmith your opinion.

Now here is the tricky part, what they said was not necessarily evil (in my opinion) . The issue there is investors were upset that comment might offend their customers. If you visit the U.S or any western countries and you walk into a business, everyone is all smiley and stuff, mostly they don't give a rat aśś about you, they only want you to feel comfortable empty your wallet in their store and they will even offer you to apply for their stores credit cards so you can buy more stuff. It's all about business, making money and growing your business. You don't necessarily have to like your client or anything they stand for, but you need their business to take care of your self and your family.

I was asking the same question myself. The house and the pool both look solid but their positions had me thinking. If the building was facing the pool, that would have been better.

But anyways, people want what they want.

Have you ever built a house before? You know the stress and all the hoops you have to jump through to have your building plan approved.

It baffles me when government puffs out their chest demolishing buildings that it approved the plan in the first place. Who does that That's very injurious to the law abiding citizens.

This is just the height of stupidity. If all those demolished buildings are not supposed to be there, it is solely the governments inability to enforce it's own law by approving the building plan in the first place.

In the real world, when government demolishes your property that they previously approved, they have to pay you adequate compensation. Not 1m for a 100m building and it is payable before the building is demolished and they give you some 30,60 or 90 days to move your properties.
