Was the guy photoshopped in the first picture?? |
Dennis3D:Listen boy, let me tell you a thing or two because I have been around for a while. You are derailing your own thread, scaring potential client's away. I may have been your potential client, but I don't think so. Keep digging a hole for yourself and then accuse your village people of pouring sand in your garri. Do you know how many millions of people visit nairaland daily? Do you know how many individuals secured jobs/contracts on this forum without even seeing their clients Potential client's look into your posts, how you respond to questions, how you interact with people. That's one of the things that could help them make decisions whether to deal with someone or not. I have dealt with many contractors here on nairaland without even seeing them, actually I have not seen any of my contractor, some I have not even spoken to them, just exclusively what's app. So if your arrogance will let you hear word. As someone in 100% client experience business. Mind how you interact with people online whether or not you like what they are saying, know how to wordsmith your opinion. Look this up, do you know how many CEOS in fortune 500 companies that lost their jobs because of what they posted online? Elon Musk is currently in deep crap, lost billions of dollars already and have tens of lawsuits hanging on his neck, considering how big the suit is, his defence budget will be running into multimillion dollars Now here is the tricky part, what they said was not necessarily evil (in my opinion) . The issue there is investors were upset that comment might offend their customers. If you visit the U.S or any western countries and you walk into a business, everyone is all smiley and stuff, mostly they don't give a rat aśś about you, they only want you to feel comfortable empty your wallet in their store and they will even offer you to apply for their stores credit cards so you can buy more stuff. It's all about business, making money and growing your business. You don't necessarily have to like your client or anything they stand for, but you need their business to take care of your self and your family. So, if you have ears listen and grow. |
Tammynator:No mind the guy, he just got a very rubbish attitude. He is still coming up in the trade , he needs to learn from the pros here on nairaland on how well to respond to criticisms and learn from it. |
Dennis3D:E be like say them just buy phone give you abi? Na you get your mouth, you fit use am chop śhit |
udi4eva:Same for Messi for Barcelona vs Messi for Argentina. |
Dennis3D:Check your attitude man, you need to sharpen your customer service skills and become a better wordsmith. |
Pubichairs:They probably thought he was a mugu for trying to repair instead of buying another one. Well, the joke is on them now. |
Fucking on duty |
EgunMogaji:I was asking the same question myself. The house and the pool both look solid but their positions had me thinking. If the building was facing the pool, that would have been better. But anyways, people want what they want. |
Have you ever built a house before? You know the stress and all the hoops you have to jump through to have your building plan approved. It baffles me when government puffs out their chest demolishing buildings that it approved the plan in the first place. Who does that That's very injurious to the law abiding citizens. This is just the height of stupidity. If all those demolished buildings are not supposed to be there, it is solely the governments inability to enforce it's own law by approving the building plan in the first place. In the real world, when government demolishes your property that they previously approved, they have to pay you adequate compensation. Not 1m for a 100m building and it is payable before the building is demolished and they give you some 30,60 or 90 days to move your properties. |
Congrats |

€75m on Higuain was the waste of money. Although I don't like the spending too much money for one player but the Ronaldo deal is a somewhat good business move for Juventus. But Juventus need to market the hec out of Ronaldo in his first 2 years. |
Good development. But when are they going to quiz Tinubu and Amaechi? Just asking for a friend. |

DEEKAH7:My brother, I feel your pain. Just ask your mom what if your lady is learning igbo and trying to perfect her language skills? Would that make it better? Tell her she is trying to learn and she is very anxious to be fluent so she can communicate well with her mother in law and your family members. You need to try to sell it. Then teach your lady as long as she is understanding and willing to learn.. she could watch igbo movies on youtube, listen to igbo radio stations and plus you doing your bit to teach her. She will learn. But again, this is all assuming that this was her only reason. Brother, in as much as this is a difficult moment in your life.. don't give up, stay strong. You gotta give it your all, try what you can within your reach to ensure everyone is happy. Think about this, what if you live in Germany or Spain or Italy? Would your mother insist the lady learn igbo before you marry her? Most likely you would have married the lady and tell your mom afterwards. Again I understand the differences in the society but one thing is the same, your happiness and that of your family. Always remember and do not forget this, never marry anyone out of pity and do not marry to please anyone. |
okarevuJ:Beautiful design. Do you mind sharing the details like how many bedrooms, bathrooms etc. Also I like the front view, the little courtyard and parking space. What's the size of the plot? |
Babyforever:Oh I see. No harm no foul. Tell your friend I said hello. |
Babyforever:Hmmmm... why the question? I don't think we have met |
exporters101:Well that is a win win situation for both the residents and Google |
DEEKAH7:Oh! That's a concern but not a huge concern.but are we sure this was her real reason? ( just saying) Mine, was even bigger headache. But, Is your girl willing to learn igbo? Try to teach her and gradually she will learn.then when you visit your mom she can communicate a little and gradually she will pick up the language. Your mom will also appreciate that the lady was able to adapt. My number one concern self is if the language barrier was your mother's only reason. Calm down my guy, I know it is tough. Remember marriage is not friendship. You deserve to be happy and enjoy the rest of your life . Don't marry anyone out of pity and as well do not marry just to please anyone. Cheers my oga |
