EgunMogaji:You are right on your opinion. My biggest concern is all these mass shootings? There was a conversation during Sandy hook to have a armed security guard in schools. But Alas! The recent school shooting in Florida , the school had a armed guard and what did he do when the shooting started? Hide What do you think is the solution to all these mass shootings? |
EgunMogaji:I support the second amendment and all But i think there should be a limit on the number and type of guns and ammunitions individuals could buy. I was in Texas once and I followed my buddy to visit his uncle. His uncle is gun nut, staunch supporter of NRA, owns a cache of weapon and ammunitions. From short guns to thoze long ones(don't know the name, maybe AR15). I kept wondering in my mind like.. Yeah i get the second amendment but why does this man own all this weapon? |
alist:No worries. I have received the plan now. I tried contacting you on whatspp but the messages was not going through. Thanks for clarifying that you were out of network range. No harm no foul. The plan looks good by the way, it was very neat. Thanks again for putting up with my numerous demands. |
Essential:I am a straight guy. Sorry, no homo. I am straight. ✌ |
I wish him all the best. It is better he resigned and got married than getting it by the side and deceiving some members. |
alist:I am still waiting for your response. I have sent you a full payment but haven't seen the full plan. I have tried contacting you on what's app but to no avail. |

jobbitto:First, before making any assumptions your friend should go to the hospital and get herself checked out. It might not be fibroid like she thinks. Second, Fibroid is not a disease. It is genetical and have nothing to do with being a virgin. Fibroid is predominant in black race. |
This is an old picture |
This could have been Nigeria. The only saviour of Nigeria is Nigerians. Reserach has shown thatThe amount of money Nigerians pump in from overseas is higher than our national budget. |
#Metoo ![]() Some women are confused.. The kind of lady after enjoying the knacking will turn around and say #Metoo.. Confused souls ![]() |
thesicilian:Exactly, since they started using fake accents.. A lot of nolly wood movies this days have no plot.. You can't follow the story line. The use actors that are not best suited for the role.. The list goes on my friend.. |
Oh so he knew Herdsmen are attacking innocent Nigerians And we should not revenge, so we will just siddon dey look? Gerrahia

The rate Navy, civil defence, Army and police officers abuse citizens in this country ehh.. Puffing out their chests left and right tire me oo. |
EgunMogaji:Hope the organization/company that complied the data were not sponsored by the NRA. Well, I haven't seen any data and need not rely on one to make an informed decision. I am a strong believer that gun ownership is not the solution. Tough gun laws isn't the solution either. Check mass shootings vs homicides in Chicago, Baltimore, St. Louis , Milwaukee etc. 95% of all mass shooting "suspects" obtained their guns legally.. People aren't safe anymore, they shoot up churches, People's home, school, party, rallies like WTF.. Where is safe? Homicides: the only for the lack of a better word "difference" btw legal and illegal gun crimes is that for the most part... The gangsters shot only their targets.. Rival gang members, drug deal gone bad etc. The vcitims so so see it coming..that's where every thug, drug dealer own a gun because that's like a tool or equipment they need to perform their job. But legal gun owners shot up innocent people in churches, at the malls, concert, school etc.. The victims do not see it coming. People are just fûcked up in the brain, People's mindset this days makes me wonder.... Some times when things happen.. Some will say oh devil entered inside the individual that's why they made poor decisions and did bad things. But Whats happening this days.. I think some people are so evil that the devil is even scared.. People are entering inside devil this days. |
With all this demolitions left and right. I think the government is at fault 70percent of the time. Most of all these buildings were approved by the government before the structures were erected. The same government will turn around and demolish it because it is illegal structure. But they approved it to be built in the first place?? Clueless government ![]() |
EgunMogaji:I respect your opinion but I vehemently disagree that gun ownership have reduced crime in the U.S. |
Although this seems like a good idea but it needs to be managed well. They need to list the criteria they consider as "Performing" so we know that any president or governor not meeting up to expectations is to be impeached. If not tribalism will set in. |
Iffa hear
|
Stupidity.. Ridiculing the court system. EFCC came to court to ask for forfeiture, The NGO through its lawyer is blocking the application. BUT neither EFCC nor the NGO knows if the building is demolished or not... Ridiculous the judge could have dismissed the case or better yet adjourn the case sine dine. ![]() Yeye people

A bit of irony that Nigerian Embassy is enforcing this in. Saudi Arabia, the Muslim capital of the world but in Nigeria..... Infact
|
Mopricelezz:I highly doubt that embassies are rejecting a duly issued certificate from any local government in Nigeria. That's sound almost laughable, When you get married according to Nigerian laws and you reside in Nigeria. You and your spouse obtains a certificate from the government office in Nigeria. No entity have a right or left to reject the said certificate. On what ground though? I don't know the country you are "eyeing" or intend to travel to but for U.S, i know for a fact they don't tell you which registry to get married at and I have never heard the rejected a certificate from any registry unless it is fake. As long as you are in a bonafide relationship, you are married.. Nothing to worry about. Just go to any registry that's convenient for you and the people around you and do your thing. If you have any more concern.. Ask the embassy of the country you intend to travel to. I believe U.S even put a disclaimer on their website that they do not insist on only marriage certificate from Ikoyi. You could also contact them via; LagosIV@state.gov. Cheers!! |
Mopricelezz:You don't have to go to Ikoyi. You can go to a registry in Osun state that is close to you. U.S embassy for instance does not specifically require couples to go to Ikoyi or to go to any specific place for that matter. The only thing i can tell you is, which ever local government you are going to, make sure they register your marriage officially and there's a document trail. The only thing I could think of is why people go to Ikoyi if they are travelling out of the country is just incase the embassy want to verify if the certificate is real or not. Since most embassies are in V.I. it is easier for them to travel to Ikoyi than to travel somewhere in North East, or some Village in East or West to verify. Not that they will not visit those places if they have a reason to believe that the certificate might not be real. Just that Ikoyi is not too far for them and the faster they can verify what they need to verify, the faster your case is proceessed (remember this is if they doubt the authenticity of the certificate). Cheers! |

Greetings my Ogas in the house. I have been following many threads here in properties section and I enjoy seeing so many constructions going on and I wish everyone both the clients, the contractors and us onlookers good luck in all our endeavors. But, while we embark on this construction journeys, I ask for us to be aware of site safety. I have seen pictures from different sites where workers are working without shoes(ten toes), in some sites workers are wearing bathroom slippers. Abeg, site engineers, architects, contractors please lets try and reinforce workers safety on site. It starts with simple PPE. Thank you!!! |
LeonOgu:What's app does not support my phone anymore so i don't have access to it. Could you please post the pictures on nairaland? Thanks. |
