I have boerboels in my compound and every night I release them, they cannot help barking at the fence I share with this neighbour.

well, the OP is a blogger, he prefer to make people visit his blog than thinking of the effect on the individual in charge. I have seen so many leaders and i can say it categorically that many leaders are not fit to be called leader.

So many leaders are after their selfish interest, making orders and demanding for respect from their followers even when they don't deserve it.

Apart from giving orders, directions, rules etc, there are some tectonic qualities leaders most possess.

1. The followers must be the priority of a true leader.

2. A true leader must be willing to serve and not to be served.

3. A true leader must be ready to accept responsibilities.

4. A true leader must be ready to defend his/her followers.

5. A true leader must be a good listener.

6. A true leader must try to be rational at all times.

7. A true leader must be ready to lead by example.

8. A true leader must carry all followers along in decision making.

These qualities are not for just a selected section of the society. It is for political group, religious group and any other gathering that requires a leader.

Any leader that dines with the above qualities is indeed a true leader.

Seems most parents have forgotten that what they are doing is just like mirror to the child(ren).

The way you want your child(ren) to be or do in future or when you are not around is what you should act or show to them.

Your child(ren) will see nothing bad in your behavior if you feel cool when you have done something wrong, hence, they will not see anything bad if they do what you have done in the nearest future.

As a good parent, you must consider the future of your children in all that you do.

Your child(ren) shouldn't only get direct training from you, but, the indirect training too(your attitude) which takes higher percentage of the training the child(ren) must pass through.

Action speaks louder than words they say, so, be watchful as you will be interpreted by your child(ren) later in their life.

You are from a rich or poor background shouldn't be an excuse for raising bad child(ren).

In fact, your child(ren) Should even be able to use the background as a yardstick to be a better person in future.

If as a nagging wife you are cool at nagging, then the possibility is high for your offsprings to bare the trait.

Don't forget that if your man is so patient at keeping you despite your nagging attitude your child's partner may not be so patient to condone such, it may even destroy such child's career at the long run.

As a man who feels good at battering your wife, you might get away with it, but your male child might land himself into prison if he emulates you.

Those are just examples, there are many other bad attitudes some parents portray to their child(ren) unknowingly, please work towards repentance and cleanse your child(ren) off such attitude because you can't tell what such attitude can lead them to.
