Please I need your advice on this.I find it hard to express myself to people because of been rejected by them

I knew this girl for just a month then she got pregnant. Begged the fool to abort but she refused. She kept on asking me to marry her but I explained to her I wasn’t financially capable.

I cut her off for some months thinking that would make her get an abortion but for where?? The goat kept it. She guilt tripped me with tears and constant calls. I finally went to meet her family (she was about 7 months gone by then) to take responsibility of the pregnancy.

I was employed then but the job was shittty and the pay was shitttier. I sent her the little I could. She had the baby at her mum’s place .

She, her mum and her elder sister kept on calling me to curse me that I wasn’t sending enough money for the baby’s upkeep. I was earning 11k a month and sending 4k monthly to this ungrateful bitch.

I couldn’t keep u with the insults, I changed my line, changed my address and began anonymously sending the little I could to her bank account monthly because my conscience couldn’t let me ghost my child.

We live in different states, about 8 hours apart. The child is a year old and some months now.

I was surprised when this Devil came to my place last week with the baby. I was expecting shouts and quarrel but she was calm. She and the baby sat on my bed. We didn’t say much to one another. A few minutes later, her phone rang, she went outside to receive the call and didn’t return.

I searched for this bitch like a mad man till night fell. I don’t even have her phone number. A female neighbor offered to care for the baby that night.

The Devil called me and told me not to bother looking for her. She said her mum is late and they have relocated.

I have dropped the baby at my aunt’s place and promised to pick her soon. I gave my aunt the last 3k on me. My aunt has been buzzing me with calls to come and take the baby as she is very busy.

My babymama’s number is not going through. I have tried repeatedly. My mum is late, I am thinking of taking the child to an orphanage.

I don’t know what to do. I am really sick right now from overthinking and stress. Please I need good advice.

@op indadi. Welcome to reality... It only takes one with a bold mind to take such bold decision.... I was once like you... But I will share you with few life skills... Because, religion is embedded in our society.

A. You have to create a purpose for yourself to fill into those your over religion era. Truly one of the purpose of religion is to create purpose and meanings to this meaningless life. If the meaning becomes obscure, you create one for yourself...

B. Not being religious doesn't mean you have to become bad and lost your humanity in you. You have just over grown doing good thing for religion/heavenly rewards, instead, you do then for doing sake, out of good will regardless.

C. You need to recreate yourself, listen to podcasts, topic you seem interested, read book, you can even start exploring other religions book/bible, listen to the christian sermon. There are good lessons and life principles you can pick up from them all discarding the unirrelevant ones.

D. No doubt, you will always found yourself among the religious one, learn to get along with then, you don't necessarily need agree with then, Afterall everyone has a belief of disbelief in something.. Just stick to what you belief in. As for your parents, play along till they get the drift.

E. Learn to know that your destiny is in your hand. Do what you can do within your capacity/hand and do not leave everything to changes just like majority of xtains, they pray, pray more than they work.. and abandon major life principles...

F. Regardless of what you are, who you are, life can be hard, and funny enough, it doesn't give sh!t about anyone. People stick to religion because it simple make then feel good during trying times... You might as well have overgrown solidarity in the concept of God/religion but attimes, we need to keep our imagination higher. Find what give you that high fantasy. One of mine is casting crown songs and other good lyrics, I watch how superman save the world, I day dream even though I don't believe but it makes me feel better.

G. Lastly, don't waist all your youthful time, trying to make a point to people especially people of different faith, keep your faith to yourself, and let your actions do the talking. everyone can't agree with you. Just like most xtains don't associates with unbelivers, just like other religions doesn't associates with other. Move with those that accept you and leave those who doesn't just like King Solomon in the bible.

I'm sorry to disturb you sir/ma, I'm currently in a position I feel I needed a serious advise.
I rounded up my service year, Nov.2020, luckily I was able to secure a job in a construction company jan.2021 although m on probation (1year).
I managed to secure an half plot of land this month somewhere around Ogun state from my little savings(as a result of this I don't have any savings in my acct)
my probation period will be over by dec. With little chance of being retained.
I'm actually planning to rough things through to Dec. again this year so that I can do the foundation of the land(which means I will not be having any savings) with high probability of not being retained.
Is it advisable to do this when m sure I will probably not be retained or I should save to invest in a business?
Still below 26yrs, pls I need ur opinion and suggestions..thank you

Has anyone experienced this. This is where I find myself. And I keep getting talks like it's a bad thing. Talks like your last has married before you shouldn't you be ashamed. Some even go to extent of proclaiming abomination.

For me all this one's no concern me. I am a playboy at heart and will marry at my own time or not at all. Depends on how I feel.

Peace of Mind and Freedom is Priceless. Don't Take it away from me.

I am a young lady in my mid 20s. I don’t live with my parents. I live alone because I work in another city different from where my parents live. My problem now is immediately I get back home from work, I begin to feel lonely. Because of this, I like to close late from work just to keep my mind busy. I close early only if I have other errands to run or if I am very tired.

When I get home, I speak with my parents who try their best to keep me company. But there is still lots of time left before I go to bed. In the height of my boredom, I come to nairaland. Then I go to other blogs to read the news. I read all the news blogs I normally follow. I check out my chats on WhatsApp and Telegram. Usually there isn’t anyone chatting with me because everyone is busy with their lives. I go to Youtube which I have become tired of watching. And at some time I’m just bored to my mind. I don’t like to impose myself on anybody and so I only chat with people who come to chat with me including neighbours.

Sometimes I just want someone around that I can talk to but I’m alone by myself. Single people, how do you cope with boredom. I mean single people who are really single not the ones cohabiting or visiting their partners. Some tips will be very helpful right now.

I'm the last born in the family, all the members of the family had gotten married except me.
I'm 32 now, just rounded up my study. I'm into farming, school works and doing catering work as well. I'm financially balance. I have not gone into a relationship before, I just ignore that aspect because I believe in the principle of "one thing at a time".

Now that I'm through with my study and I have something doing, I'm planning of going into a relationship and get married at least by 2023 but I'm perceiving there's going to be a problem between me and my family.

My family is very selective, very selective... There was a time a friend started visiting me anytime I went to the village, my mother notice it and told me that the girl is not welcome in the family, she gave me her reason too, I told my Mom she is just a friend and nothing more.

Today my neice got married, I invited my crush and she came to the wedding and I introduced her to my family as my friend, when the ceremony was going on, my sister told me and I quote "this girl you brought is not acceptable, she is too old for you, "common" she is just 27 and am 32... I told my sister that we are just friends and nothing more, then she said better...

I don't want to have any issue with my family in marring a girl but I'm afriad problem might be inevitable because I won't want my family to choose who or who not to marry, I have never had issue with my family before, they love me very much and we are living happily.

One mind is telling me to follow my heart another mind is telling me don't let a woman bring issue between you and your family...
