benuejosh: The moment you're a Yoruba man, you are entitled to become a lead anywhere in the South West. Correct me if I am wrong. Osun state governor worked in Lagos, Osinbajo worked in Lagos, Aregbesola worked in Lagos, and host of others. That's why we love Asiwaju. |

You're not the only one. But know this, it's not every giving you get blessed in return. Some giving are result of lack of wisdom to manage people and money. If you continue that way, life will frustrate you and squeeze you till you dry. It's good to give thou but don't let anybody put you on unnecessary pressure and Rob you with their emotions. Give only because you want to.
And my recommendation will be for you to draw a budget and save a good amount. Do not spend outside the budget no matter how. You can even save where you won't have quick access to the fund |

FOLYKAZE: Zulum or Dogara
Tinubu is the Yoruba clan where religion doesn't matter at all. His wife is a devoted Christian and deacon. His children too are granted the liberty to practise what they appeals to their mind without forcing his own dogma down their throat. Like every Yoruba person, he is not a fundamentalist or extremist. He was in church worshipping sometimes ago. He Joined Muslims on jumat to pray. He also mingle with traditionalists during local festivals in Lagos.
This is the time we need to move our secularism, open-mindedness to all spirituality, and liberalism to Aso Villa. This alone will douse the religion tensions that across the nation. I wanted to disagree with the name you mentioned above before but after I read everything you wrote. I'm convinced. However, even though Asiwaju is not an extremist, every religion should have a sense of belonging. For the sake of the extremist and religious folks. They should choose a popular Northern Christian |

RedMac: Only an irresponsible and ambition less youth will even support Tinubu to be president in the first place...
The post of a president in our present Nigeria has nothing to do with the years of ones experience in politics... These old thieves are just recycling themselves to steal more and more and deceiving people like OP that they have experience to lead Nigeria out of it's present calamity
Nigeria needs someone with vision and ideas someone who will sacrifice all for the country, not someone who will go there to please himself and his political party...
Nigeria youths wake up and stop being used like fools... Your opinion. |

Nigerians are more sophisticated than you think.
Pdp lost a lot of support because of atiku.
I know many people that would have voted for PDP in 2019 if atiku was not in the ballot or was the vice president to Peter obi.
Peter obi would beat all of them hands and down in a free and fair election.
Nigerians are not completely stupid. There is still some sense there. You're joking. Peter can't even defeat Fayemi |

People will just sit down at home writing all kind of imaginations. If Osinbajo go head to head in primary with Asiwaju, he'll be defeated. Politics is not about what some set that perceived themselves holy think. It's about loyalty and grassroots support. The Northern APC is dancing behind Asiwaju while most of the SW is full of Asiwaju men. Calm your anger down. If Tinubu contest, he'll win . If you like, quote me |

The truth is that, no amount of money will be enough even you earn 500k. The thirst of man doesn't have an end. So, it takes wisdom and sacrifice to survive and save. Draw a budget before you receive your salary every month. And save at least , 10%. Then every other expenses follows. By the way, you most be willing to change your lifestyle so as to safe your budget and try not to have budget deficits. I.e do not borrow. And I'll recommend Manage your money by Sam Adeyemi. Jobs/Vacancies › Re: What To Do When You Have A Bad Boss by BamakSNR(m): 9:17pm On Sep 20, 2021 |
Encoredme: Here are some suggestions that might help reduce the level of difficulty you have when working with your bad boss:
1. Look To Your Own Performance First You might think your boss is being difficult because they are demanding a different level of output from you. Make sure you are clear on what they expect from you.
2. Realize You May Have Opposing Styles You might be expecting something from your boss that they simply can't do. You might think they are unfriendly simply because they fail to say "Good morning." To them, that might simply be a waste of time. Examine your own expectations of what you think they should be doing. They may not be very outgoing or simply operate differently than what you're used to. Reset your expectations.
3. Learn The Boss Spend some time really observing your boss to see what it is they do that is impacting you. In the process, you might learn that they are getting leaned on by their boss and it's creating extra stress. You could discover they aren't a morning person, meaning you should delay important interactions until after lunch. Figure out their rhythms and modify your own.
4. Don't Shrink All too often, when we don't like someone, we go out of your way to avoid them. While I think this tactic can work to keep you under the radar, wait to do that until you clearly have exhausted all of your options. You may also find that more, not less, communication can help you with this type of person. Shrinking away into a dark corner won't help you.
5. Become Indispensable If you've attempted to learn more about your boss, take it to the next level and become an indispensable employee. Focus on using your problem-solving skills and offer your boss additional help and support. This will help them shine to their own boss and also reduce reasons for finding fault with you. You can become the "go-to" person that they respect and depend on.
6. Let It Roll Off Of You We will spend a lifetime running into people that are demanding, critical, and downright volatile. You need to learn the skill of blowing most of it off. Certainly, there will be some of it that will still bother you, but most of the time you can't let it affect you. I'm not suggesting ignoring your boss's needs or demands; I'm saying to not let their method of delivery be what grabs your attention or reaction. I have found that even the most difficult of bosses can be tamed or at least subdued.
I once worked for a guy who had even the most senior, sage people in tears. When I started working directly for him, I noticed he was quick to engage in verbal battle. If you stood up for yourself, he backed down. I soon figured out that he tested people. If they backed down, he was relentless. When I told him my observation, he laughed and told me I was the only person who had figured it out. He felt that if you were right about something, you would defend it and if you didn't defend it, he couldn't respect you. It was that simple. It was who he was—good or bad, but we always worked well together—and that's the most important part.
If you're dealing with a bad boss, be sure to follow these six tips. When you feel like quitting, just remember you can turn a bad situation around, but it does take work.
